The Game

The game consists of two Yankee teams which face off against each other in a Chicken Race format. Each team sends one member onto the "bike" while the rest of the members participate in a variety of challenges. Each challenge will earn a team an amount of points, these points determine how many steps the bike will move forward. The goal is to reach as close to the "out" zone as possible without entering it. Once all members of the team have participated, the team that is closest to the "out" zone wins.

The Rules

Member Placement: Each team starts with 6 players. Before the game begins, 1 player is placed on the bike while the other 5 are on standby.

Advancing Forward: The members that are on standby take turns choosing from a board of activities. Each activity will provide the team with a certain amount of points. The bike will move forward depending on how many points the activity awards.

Winning: After each member has completed an activity, whichever bike is closest to the "out" zone represents the winning team. Should a team reach the "out" zone before the game ends, the other team will emerge as the winner. The loser will be thrown into a pool of powder.

The Board of Activities

Choujoushiki (Super Common Knowledge): These are simple questions with a set answer. The member simply peels away the paper which covers the answer and the bike advances according to what's written.

Ippan Shimin (Average Citizen): Several members are located backstage without prior knowledge of the game being played. This column gives a task (eg, jump rope) to these "ordinary" members to complete. The points awarded may vary greatly depending on their abilities.

Taiman (One to One): The member takes the challenge to her own hands and competes in a variety of battles (eg, Rock Paper Scissors). In this case, the amount of points awarded is dependent on how many of the other members she can beat in a row. There are also riskier challenges (eg, Darts) where the member can end the game in a single turn.

AKB: These are set questions relating to the members. The points may either be already set in stone (eg, Acchan is recording the 5th episode of Q10), or it may be dependent on the day itself (eg, The amount of e-mails Takamina received that day).
