Event / Concert The 2nd AKB48 Sports Festival (15/05/09)

Team K (If we are using the new formation):
- Miichan, Tano, Tomu: Athletic
- Mariyannu: Beat almost all Nogizaka members, including Kazumin and the athletic Wakatsuki, in a sumo fight in one of AKB Kyowakoku episodes
- Shimada: Do i even need to explain?
- Jurina and Sayanee: 2nd and 3rd winner of MechaikexAKB Sports competition, with Yuko graduated they are now no1-2
- Haruppi: Claimed that she's good at running, used to be in the basketball club

 

^ Haruppi is a very slow runner though XD

This was from Dec 2012 and she was 12th out of 17 in the 50m sprint of Hakata Hyakkaten 1st season XD

 

If they're using the new team line ups, Team K is stacked. Takajo Aki(Akicha) is super fit and athletic. I can see Team K winning this.

 

i guess Matsui Rena is relieved she isn't AKB kennin right now

 

^ But Rena is never an AKB Kennin.

 

That's why i say she 'claimed' xD. If you watch the recent SMAP x SMAP, she lag behind Sayanee, Jurina, and Maiyan iirc
In HKT Hyakatten 3, during the 20m race, she finished last.

And during the basketball, she also failed to shoot the ball

Either way, team K still seems pretty strong haha. Team A will probably end up last place again XD

team A have Kawaei, yui, karen, oya, hilary and mirurun who really good at sport
but takamina, nyan, paruru, sakura, annin
idk know about naanya but megu can became trump card for team A

 

I am a bit worry for the new Team B for this sport event...i cant recall anyone who is good in sports except Mocchi (she loves wrestling and baseball)

 

No Karen is really really really bad in sports lol. She is good at dancing but she is not athletic at all. XD

 

now that k has miichan, akicha, and haru (even if no kennin) it's pretty strong. yagi is actually pretty athletic as well

 

Jurina + Sayanee + Akicha = Yuko + Sayaka + Sae

And Haruu + Tano? This might be a battle for 2nd place with the other teams

Then again, they'll probably include some events that aren't reliant on speed & strength.

Damn, I won't be able to enjoy this live if it does stream.

 

Don't forget the power of the Kennin Kid Nako, since she likes to play tag alot with Miku and other members, we can expect her to be good at running, she might be able to help out Team B (Not many known athletic members except Kuramochi, Yuria, MAYBE Ryoka (She looks like the type to be athletic) .

Team K definitely has a upper advantage here. ( Miichan, Shimada, Mariyagi, Akicha, Tano, Jurina, Sayanee ect...)

Team A has some pretty good members (Yui, Naanya, Ricchan, Hillary, Miru ect...) but also some bad (Paruru, Takamina, Kojiharu, Sakura, Karen ect...)

Team 4 Good: (Mako, Miyabi, Nana, Yuirii, ect...) Bad: (All I know is Mio)

Team 8 I only know Yamada, her sepcial skill is balancing pencils on her nose (who knows there might be a event for that lol). I guess we have to see.

Can't wait to see how their team work goes and I hope by doing this Sports Festival, may allow members to become closer as a result.

 

We are the Team K!! wootwoot Jurina and Sayanee in one team. Ha!
I hope they have lots of games! Sports events are fun to hold during Spring~

I'm kinda curious as to what color they used for Team 8.
And of course not all of Team 8 would be playing simultaneously selected members will play for each event like any other team.
They'll just have the most number of girls in the entrance parade.

^well hopefully they have the same length of rope as the other team so they can't fit and get in each others way

 

well Team K has always look to be the most athletic team on AKB since the Old Gen era. so, no surprise on that but what's intriguing is the Sayanee + Jurina + Micchan + Haruu is like Yuko, Tomochin, Sayaka and Sae.

My prediction if ever this is the same scheduled competitions
First Match – Exercise Bike Marathon Relay: Team K
Second Match – Sprinting: Team K
Third Match – Fan Support Relay: ???
Fourth Match – Tug of War, Big Skipping Rope, Ball & Hoop: Team K or Team A/B cause Sayanee and Jurina might be the one to hold the ropes for their team. and this is already more of a team effort compared to the first three competition. the tallied points will be decisive on this one.
Sixth Match – Sumo: Team K or Team A because of technicality.
Final Match – 16 Member ‘Bond’ Relay: Team K
MVP: Sayanee or Jurina.

 

maybe they can include "sport based on luck", like bowling/dart/ free throw etc lol

if only physical sport like running/sumo/bike, i think team k will dominate lol

 

Humm are we sure Ricchan will take part in this since they use the "new" teams ?

 

I doubt she'll take part.
