^ Comics Connection's K-pop goods aren't exactly cheap though I looked at the prices and they aren't that cheap.But you are right,it would be awesome if there was more J-pop merchandise like badges and stuff.
I bought from AKB store and they don't ship overseas, so I used tenso. Shipping fees in Japan was about 500yen if I remembered correctly (???) and tenso's fees were about S$30. Bought 5 items including a mug, so it's probably the weight. Not sure about HKT but it shouldn't really differ thaaaat much Yeah I wish jpop is more popular here.. it's kpop everywhere
It would be nice if J-pop was more mainstream,so that I could hear AKB and other artists more often when I go out I don't mind some K-pop songs but generally I find it quite annoying...(no offense to K-pop fans). Are there any places/shops here that do play J-pop/AKB songs?I heard some AKB at the Ajisen ramen at Junction 8,but that's about it.
^ lol but the thing is,they don't play it sometimes (I have no idea why!) I heard AKB twice when I walked by (since it's near the MRT exit),but other times there was silence [speechless]

there's some akb goods that include cds at vivo's toy outpost, and certain populars have very limited old cds from 2012.. the last time i checked they disappeared from nex popular. others i'm not really sure either
Yeah,some of the Popular stores have a very limited selection on singles,and they all cost about $20 + (ouch!) HMV also has a very limited selection,and I think they are even more expensive? So yeah,it is really hard to find AKB CDs here in Singapore,you're better off ordering them online or buying them from Japan
You have to take into account that the price in Yen has to be converted into SGD,and that the seller has to make a profit though But if any of you are willing to get it,the album itself is really good,better than 1830m in my opinion.
Thanks everyone, I just went to Toy Outpost at Vivo City yesterday, there really have some AKB stuffs but a bit expensive. Do you know if there are any reliable websites that we can purchase AKB48 CD&DVD online and ship to SG?
i always buy cds/etc from cdjapan/amazon japan. you can use other sites like hmv or something but i have no experience with those so i can't help much oh well.
