I'm sooo happy for sasshi as number 1. Sasshi's gonna be soooo hard to move from her position.
Her wotas is outrageous and I'm feeling proud for being a part of 48family. Soo full of drama, so unexpected, so interesting. I LOVE SASSHI AND 48GROUP!!

 

It is now June 8, 2013 at 9:17 pm here in Japan ending the Sousenkyo and Sasshi took the top spot!

Not even a scandal and getting "kicked out of a group" can keep this girl down

Even though she's an HKT48 member now, I believe she still has what it takes to be in the center position.

Normally, I would prefer an AKB member to be center of a sousenkyo single, but Sashii will have to do since she has accomplished many goals since she was transferred to HKT. The goals she accomplished were having a successful solo career, making HKT more popular, and even being co-theater manager.

Everyone keeps saying "no one predicted this" or it was unexpected that Sashihara would win, but...

27 -> 19 -> 9 -> 4 -> A DOUBLE LEAD over 2nd in preliminaries

Was it really surprising? It didn't fit with the narrative of Yuko vs Mayu that they advertised the elections as, but a lot of people predicted this and were dismissed as trolls for some reason? Sashihara has kept her momentum going strong ever since she joined.
