I see no reason why she couldn't go to Japan. Gon isn't scheduled for a theater show until the 6th. And I didn't see anything else on the JKT calendar that she would need to attend until the 5th. When Akicha snuck off to Jakarta for Gon's birthday, she was only there for a few hours before flying back. I think Gon could manage something similar.
