I haven't heard about any, too. Are they unlikely to get into this or..? Also I have difficulty finding other fellow Slavians (I keep contact with just one, few others aware of 48 are just casuals, if at all), so you are not alone.
Actually there's Arab fans for AKB48 on Twitter !!! but they are a few ~~ i mean we are not that much ,, beside we want to make a (Fan Project) to AKB48 and we want to send a small book that have all the fans letters !! but it so hard to find who want to participate
there is some i know from my side there in Al Ain city we are 5 fans we talk and see all there videos and live togather

Well, I'm not an Arab but I do live in UAE to be more specific in Abu Dhabi. It kinda sucks being the only guy out of all my friends to know about akb48, I was lonely so I joined this site. Hello UAE fans!!!
I'm an Egyptian who lives in America. Salam everyone! lol I just posted a comment on their facebook group telling them to do just that !!! If they bring them I'll go because it is nearly impossible to meet them in Japan. I really wanna see Mayuyu.
I'm not Arab But I want to tell you guys that I've seen some Arabic subbed AKB48-related videos in YouTube and on some random pages, it's all written using the Arabic script, so maybe you guys need to google up using Arabic scripts to find them, not using English... Note: I don't understand Arabic anyway... [wonder]
