i guess the absent of kennin in HS has something todo with pennant race.....

 

They don't count the sister group album sales/handshakes in the pennant race. The only thing that is counted are theater show application rates, AKB handshake sales and SSK rankings.

 

The only thing that's a bigger joke than Yukirin kennin is the pennant race. (And I really hate how Yukirin is making such a good impression during the N shows for the NMB tour, it can be such a good kennin but they're wasting it...)

I thought Udon on Kanjani 8 for the Y-ji was incredible when you consider that she made it there by applying, not because she was selected by management. Of course she had to go and do the Udon shtick, but still...

My friend told me that he asked Milky to do a Nana impression for the handshake and she did. Alright. I hope I win that ticket now.

I may be biased but I personally really REALLY like Natsu no Saiminjutsu. I liked what I heard of the preview that we got for the Kagawa commercial feat. Renapyon, but I really like it when hearing it without the voiceover. It reminds me a bit of old school AKB, the intro gives me Iiwake Maybe vibes haha. Which might be why I like it so much, Iiwake Maybe is still my favourite A-Side.

Not a huge fan of the PV though. It feels a bit messy to me and some of the shots feel very strange to me. Good thing though for me is the fact that all the members get a focus, which is pretty neat. Also Momoka's wig is a travesty, but I love the song so I'm okay with the PV. I might change my mind after watching the whole thing, but then again seeing as I love the song a lot I think the PV will probably grow on me.

 

I kinda felt through Udon's CM that Natsu no Saiminjutsu would be really good and it didn't disappoint. Nana also said on the radio that M's PV would be wacky and I'm glad they delivered on that. The PV looks really great judging by the short clip and the screenshots from the theater, and it captures that wackiness of M really well. It's good to maintain some semblance of that wackiness the group is known for. I really dig the PV, think it's easily the best of the bunch so far.

 

Didn't get my Milky ticket. Oh well.

Random Rinacchi sub for Yuuri on THE MUSIC DAY performance!

 

NMB performed at 8:55 or something that day. It was gonna be a close call for Yuuri so they subbed her with Rinacchi.

For me team M's song and pv is the best out of the other team ones. I really love this song and the pv is entertaining.
