Apparently you guys haven't heard of Niji. Connection is perfectly stable and quality should be considerably better than anything you get out of Keyhole or Justin.

After downloading the small application, all you need to do is enter an e-mail address and password to "login". There's no actual registration process and you won't receive any emails either, so just give a throwaway address.

I have honestly no idea how long this service is going to last. It's all working a little bit too well for its own good and I doubt Japanese broadcasters are very happy about it.

Edit: Nevermind. It was and then just stopped. I had my hopes up too.

 

Before this starts, I just have to say, if Mayuyu STILL doesn't get a senbatsu spot, she's the unluckiest girl in the world. The past two janken tournaments, I've written letters to her around that time with tips on janken, but this year, I didn't feel the need. Come on Mayuyu, I'm praying for you!
