^Highest ever since Oricon announces about first day sales. Not since Oricon was started.

Anyway it is still good but why do you consider CnJ to be special?

around 345K to sell in next 6 days and they'll hit the million mark for first week sales! This will be such a interesting week!

I agree with wendichy. CnJ was not sung by the 'senbatsu team' so everything about its sales was utterly unpredictable...

Yea CnJ was special~~not only for the fact that they made many regulars lose their "streak* in A-sides but also.... a pretty fresh change of faces infact it was the first song which i heard that made me addicted to akb48~ (yea im a pretty new fan~) but hey! 600k! man... that one day sales alone would have topped this week's oricon weekly charts i hope they would be able to get to 1million sales by this week... surprise really! a sakura song having that much popularity!

Well that shut me up, I didn't think it would sell like begginer but well have I ever been proved wrong (Very happy to be proved wrong by the way!!! )

Mega excited now for thier week sales, the race to 1million in a week is on!

the main reason why CnJ didnt sell like Beginner was due to not making national handshaking events. you could say the 3rd version helped to make up for it, but not really. the janken senbatsu had nothing to do with it

Congrats to the girls! That's phenomenal. I'm anxious to see how the rest of the week pans out for the girls. They need to perform this a on TV more, because I loved the version they've done so far.

Dear Akimoto: If the next single's A-side is an N-solo, it will sell one million records on the first day.*

(*See, now the only way to prove me wrong is if Akimoto tries it. And even if I'm wrong, I've tricked him into giving Natsuki a solo and using her as the sole senbatsu member.)

^^ Compare to other million single most of Beginner sales came from 1st week. Most AKB48 singles is too front loaded . Same for Arashi. This explain why they never had consecutive best selling weekly singles in 2010 although both completely dominate top 10. I hope they can sold more singles in long time. Is this common to all popular Jpop artist nowadays ?

Yui subbed for Acchan. Lots of subbing: Miori, Sumire, Sayaka, Miyu, Sakiko, Shimazaki, Oba, Mariya (not mariyannu) and I think I saw Hacchan & Oya (keyhole quality X_D)
