Saza? Out of the loop, yo.

So pretty good then, or was Kojiharu grad just abysmal?

She's the fan that any Sousenkyo-oriented idol would love to have. If Tsumugi ranks next year it will be thanks to her hard work. Not only that but she also means 3 to 4k votes. She's the one that made those sun and moon Hayasakaguchi avatars for SR.

Shouldn't we compare it with the 6th round instead of the 7th?

Normally, yes. I believe both comparison can be made. Point taken.

    Ohh...welcome to 2017. 1 KPOP group (I won't say which) about a month ago sold OVER 200,000...in 1 week.
Which means it's well over that today. The Hallyu Wave you mentioned was stuff like SNSD like 5 years ago. That was a novelty & "wave" - this is a Godzilla sized Tsunami. 200,000 in less than 1 week...that's like 50,000 shy of Keyakizaki & NMB numbers right? I've seen Japanese News clips from morning shows that state 1/8 school age kids/teens are into "This Group". Plus, there's no "Idol Otaku Stigma"- it's a popular group doing contemporary music. Just saying.
Idol music is Evolving and NOT with AKB's help

**I'm correcting Mana's comment- I'm not promoting any Names!**

It's apples & oranges - The Idol landscape is "changing" - there are more 'Choices'- people like the Fresh New sounds & Visuals & Fashion. I.E. I really like HKT's "Romantic Sickness" - It's a fun Fresh sound (Remember Undergirls? "Underwater Connectivity" B-Side?) It's got a unique song - THAT Should be an A-Side! People say "Hashtag" sounds like Vintage AKB (fine!) but isn't something more 'Modern' like "UZA" more interesting? Just My Opinion.

BTW I'll just LAUGH if the primary colors of AKB's outfits for the 49th Single are "Black & Pink"- that would be kinda....awkward.

You know I'm NOT referring to Perfume on 8/30 - lol. Perfume...those where the days huh. Imagine a group where Every member is as HOT & Fashion Stylish as KojiHaru & Tomochin w/ the spunky & sassy Dance prowess of Yuko Oshima & bodies like Mariko Shinoda & Yukirin...and they speak: English, Japanese, Korean, & Thai.

LETS try to keep on the AKB topic at hand - This "discussion" (Sales, ect) can be had Middle/End of September after the dust settles.
We ALL want our girls & groups to do well & continue to grow with more fans & shared enjoyment of "IDOL Riches" - lets just enjoy what we have for now.

Let me make something completely clear....

It is NOT against the rules to talk about KPOP in this thread, or on this forum, so long as it relates to the conversation. I don't know where some of you got the idea that it was some sort of violation. Furthermore, as it was originally brought up by Mana a couple of pages back, it completely related to this single. And you guys still whined and complained. However...

It has now come to a point where it is no longer related to the topic, and it is still being brought up. Part of this is the fault of all of you as some of you cry in protest any time you see the terms KPOP, Hallyu, Twice, or whatever, and as a result it further prolongs the argument. At the same time, and I am speaking to you Slacker, it comes to a point where it feels like your agenda is to perpetuate this KPOP rhetoric as long as you can keep it going. That isn't acceptable either.

So, as it stands now. The conversation about the #hashtag and its relation to Twice, AKB, Tomochin, Al Gore, and whoever else, has completely run its course. So there is no reason to bring it back up. From this point forward, I am putting everyone on notice. If we detect someone trying to shoehorn some personal agenda, KPOP or anything else into a conversation for no logical reason, there will be consequences. Furthermore, we are also not going to tolerate the incessant bitching every time someone brings it up either.

    Carry on....

Since the songs already been released what are some hopes for #SukiNanda?

Personally I hope that it's all the girls confessing through various SNS with the help of Sasshi and at the very end they help her out or something along the lines of that, hopefully no extras take up the screen time of the girls :)

Just a typical ponytail kachuusha sounds good crawl retriever PV would do. The lyrics seems to imply a beach setting already, might as well work with it.

Doing it in Okinawa, if the weather permits, would be a plus.

Yeah, a beach and no extras would be ideal.

If anything they could have one guy to play the girls' crush ala Ibiza Girl.

We already had Google+ MV with Gugutasu no Sora, Instagram with Sayonara Surfboard and Youtube with Aisatsu kara Hajimeyou. Since we're getting Showroom MV as well, would it be good if the MV is Twitter related? [hehe]

Ah, as someone else said, this song would work well with an Acchan center and I was thinking of either Ponytail, Manatsu no Sounds Good or Everyday Katyuusha (as they are all pretty much the same music video). I somehow doubt, though, that they'll make a Bikini video as we've been let down for ages now.

However, I do wanna say that I enjoyed all music videos for the Sousenkyo singles so far. LOVE TRIP had a really cute video. Imo we got to see the girls well enough and it was super adorable with those love confessions. Shiawase wo Wakenasai wasn't the most fun video, but it featured Sasshi a lot and it was a present to her after all for winning SSK twice in a row, so again I'd say a well done video.

I have to admit it's quite hard for me to be disappointed with music videos as I can see the good things in most.

Still cant see it as an Acchan center.

I see this song more of like an official theme song for some idol anime opening or closing song. (Maybe like for Love Live! ?)

Its really idolish and I really LOVE the lyrics omg somewhat relatable to ppl in todays context

Senbatsu wise, i think this should be for a normal single cause you can pick those idols and rank them and push them according to the type of song and stuff. its hard to control for SSK manz
