This song is really catchy and fun, I love it ^^

I also like the 17th gen song "Wonderful Love" btw it sounds so happy and cute! it's easy to listen. it's apparently centered by Airi and Mizumin? I expected Airi, but I'm really happy for Mizumin As for the SURREAL song "Wagamama Metaverse", it's good too, it's actually quite catchy and very different than the rest with the robotic-style/voices. I like the line-up of the unit and Yuiyui looks so good I like how this single has different type of songs and none of them are forgettable imo. it's a very good single! also, I heard the other 2 b-sides during the concerts but I wait for studio versions, they seem pretty good too. Giving a center to Tomu is nice as a goodbye, and I was so surprised that Hiyuka centered the other song :O I'm really happy for her! I think I'm going to love everything about this single lol. I just wish every song had a MV like in the past... but at least we got 2 MVs (and a performance for SURREAL).

Now that today's FCFS CD jacket autograph sale at Limista has been running for a few hours, the latest situation is that Yukirin, Naachan, Miion, Yuiri, YuiYui and Hiichan each have both slots sold out but the other 10 senbatsu members still have both slots available for purchase:

IMO I'm surprised that signings for Berin and Naru are still available as they both sold out last time and have also sold out their online talks for this single.

(I tried to get one for Yukirin as soon as hers went on sale but she sold out too quickly, however as a backup I managed to grab one for Miion just before she too sold out.) (I also bought one for Aichan to show her some support. )

Hmm they're trying something new with the K and B prizes. That's good!

 

I'd say your translation is fine as is, the link to AKB48's ameblo page also links to all the pages you need to apply for the actual prizes. You can apply for these if you buy the limited editions and use the serial number provided in them (you used to be able to use these for national handshakes).

I feel the lane-arrangement at the real-live handshake is a bit unfair towards Mayuu, Miyuu and Eriko (just out of all Kenkyuusei). Aichan is paired with Yukirin, Nonchan and Sorara are paired with Naachan and Mogi, both Yuki's are paired with Naru and Miu (who are fairly popular members, especially Naru), Moka is paired with Miion, Kokko is paired with Odaeri.

Nothing against Uemi Sorano, Takahashi Ayane, Sakagawa Hiyuka, Tokunaga Remi and Mitomo Mashiro, but I don't think they're anywhere near as popular as any of the other members I've mentioned above, and it's a shame for Mayuu, Miyuu and Eriko. The other KKS are all paired with a popular senbatsu member, so these lanes will inevitably be busy.

I guess the flip side is that someone could come just for Naachan and Mogi, and ignore the KKS, but still... I feel like they could have split Naachan and Mogi, both of whom sell a lot of slots, and pair one or two KKS with Mogi as well.

On the other hand, there are some pairings in there that are really nice:

• Tomu is paired with Miyupon, Yukarun and Macharin. Macharin is a little odd, but the other 3 members are all from 12th gen.
• Similarly, Komiharu, Seichan, Yuami and Manami are together and they're all part of 15th gen, too.
• Sahho, Saki and Ayanan are all 13th gen.
• Mahopyon, Okarina, Ran-chan and Saito Haruna are all 3rd Draft. Maho and Haruna were originally drafted by B, and Okarina and Ran-chan by K.
• Berin, Nagi, Shimizu Maria and Hidaaya are paired, all original eitos.

My thoughts are also in-line with everyone here, looking from the hanashikai sales seems like it's outperforming Motokare, but Oricon says otherwise?

[hide] At the end of the Hisarippu MV there's a end credit roll with the off-vocal version playing while the members watch a fireworks display with rockets going off. They count the rockets one-by-one from 1 to 50 and for me it's a great way to refresh my knowledge of numbers in Japanese.
