It has been mentioned before, Ogi Matsuri on her birthday. But it seems no one raised how that could complicate things. So that would mean that if ever we could send the flowers, we'd also have to send it to the concert hall? Sorry, I don't know how things work over there concerning this kind of thing... will they allow it or do we have to send it to the theatre? If she doesn't see the flowers on the day, they won't be perfect and fresh anymore, if we send it on a different day, then it won't mean the same... I don't know what your thoughts on these are guys... do please enlighten me. [sweat]

I'd like to write Japanese,because it is difficult to make myself in English about Ogi-matsuri with my thought.
Does somebody here who can translate Japanese to English?

Thanks, yonetaro for the suggestions. You've been very helpful and prevented us a great misfortune.


Everyone who has committed to the flower project, I am sorry to announce that we can not proceed as originally planned. The theater only allows one large arrangement sent by fans, and of course that honor goes to the Japanese Miichan fans (the birthday committee).

However

yonetaro has mentioned that they are also giving Miichan a flower arrangement at Team Ogi Matsuri II, which falls directly on her birthday. The Japanese fans are willing to go half-and-half with us for the arrangement, which would include both their message and ours on the banner that comes with the flowers.

So, while it will not be specifically from the overseas fans, we will have a large part in it. We are assured that Miichan will receive it, and there's a very high chance she will picture it in her blog. (and even if she doesn't, the Japanese fans will make sure to show us ). It would also be on display for the public that are attending the shows as well!

The cost for the entire arrangment is 50,000 yen. We would take on half the cost, which is 25,000 yen. That is slightly higher than the cost of the medium arrangment from before. I will give everyone who has committed to the flower project the opportunity to back out right now if they wish. You have every right.

If our current number of participants decides to go ahead with the joint project, the cost per person would be: 1250 yen. Payment would still be done the same way, through PayPal. I would then submit the full 25,000 yen payment to yonetaro directly.

Everyone, please let me know if you would still like to participate. Thank you very much for your understanding!

Note: This does not affect the message card project in any way. I am still accepting messages, so everyone who still wants to write one, now's the time! TIA

we do not use English frequently.

flagator21 suggested that how about "world" theme.
it's good idea, but we want image photo or picture,if you want to realize.　
please imagine to our works, your thought imaged, translate, deciding,and translate. it's hard in English.
and don't forget please that we have ideas of Ogi-matsuri flowers as like as you.
so we need to adjust　our some ideas.

It was just an idea.. I didn't really have something specific in mind. I was thinking maybe a design that looks like Earth, but that sounds difficult to pull off. I'm not very creative artistically like some others out there

we need to decide 3 points.
A is name printed (I'm not sure to explain )
B is color of flower
C is some items if you want to put

the left photo is last year's flower.
it was made color theme of yellow, and using sunflower.(I mention B now)
it was not use any goods(I mention C now)
it was printed "happy birthday Minegishi Minami from your fans"(I mention A now)
