Need the vote spread on this one. If we tabbed in Ame no Pianist's votes and Glory Days' votes unto Kareha no Station and Omoide Ijou, would it be similar?

I know Jurina asked for Glory Days, Omoide Ijou and Oki Doki in that radio request hour gig a while back.

If it was close, I'd forgive such travesty.


Also Omatase Setlist deserved number 1! KII deserved the spotlight!

I voted for "Omoide ijou" and "Omatase Set list", so I'm pretty happy about these results. Actually I expected "Omoide" to rank lower than last year.

YEEESS!!! OH THERE'S A GOD IN THIS WORLD AFTER ALL! I was so worried this song wouldn't make it since it's a B-side and lacks a Matsui - not to mention this came out ages ago right after last year's voting, but it's awesomeness was recognized! My faith in SKE fans is restored! (Of course, I wanted higher, but that's just getting greedy.)

I voted for Shoujo Manatsu, Sotsugyoushiki no Wasuremono and Te wo Tsunaginagara.

Congratulations to Rena on #1 again. [clap] I don't get why you all be hatin' on Rena and Kareha.

Not hating, just dissapointed, we get the feeling people weren't voting for songs, but for Rena and it makes it seem like the other 47 members are irrelevent.

Songs and their performers are never mutually exclusive in request hour events. People will always be biased towards songs with their favorite members in it.

Yeah there's still a lot of work to be done to promote other members, but then that's really not news. KII fans did make a nice run with Omatase.

I don't see any posts in this thread hating on Rena. But really, Kareha no Station is the best song out of all the SKE48 songs? Really? It's not a bad song but SKE has so many good songs it's not even in the top 10 on my list.

Maybe some really thought it's the best song, but I think it's pretty obvious a lot of the votes were because it's Rena's solo song. Heck, if Rena's solo song was "Mango No.2", it'd probably be a high ranked song. Can't imagine Rena singing Mango No.2 and mamboing by herself though.

^unfortunately, these lists (as much as the senbatsu elections to a certain degree) are nothing more than a popularity contest. IMO there are a lot more amazing AKB songs in the stages than in the singles, yet singles get the number one spot every time (bar Shonichi), it has nothing to do with quality sadly

I don't want any girl to hurt about this silly matter!
I'm Jurina oshi, so I quite understand how hard Jurina has to bear it for 3 years [sweat]
It's not Rena fault for Kareha station as well as it's not Jurina fault as being a center!
They did a lot of works now to stand on Jap Music industry! [aup] I support them all.
Personally, I don't like Kareha no station, but i didn't vote for those, so I respect people to pay for vote.
I just feel a bit pity on SKE dance energy symbol that make this group is different fm AKB! [shake]

But I think Akip will try to push someone damn hard recently to keep stability for SKE48. (may one in KII/E)
But anyway he seems to has a lot of works to do with around the world 48 franchise.

See this is the argument against Rena. We want either a team song or a single. Not a unit song that coincidentally a solo. It doesn't represent SKE48. I'd take it top 5 but not number 1. Number 1 should be either a single or group song. Last year, Aozora Katamaoi was 2nd and should have been number 1 and then this year Omatase Setlist deserves it.

I'm not hating on Rena. I hate her fans who blind vote her solo unit cause its 'Rena's song'

I don't want them to do another setlist next year if this is the case cause this is not Rena and her wota legion but SKE48 and SKE48 fans!

Well, Idk, I understand what you say tritoch, and I agree, but it's just like how I've been frustrated that some of the most talented girls in AKB are left out of the election and we get well, what we get as far as results are concerned. I don't think fans view songs different from the election, they just want to support their oshi.

I am really shocked to read that No. 1 has been Rena´s solo.
It seems incredible that .... did not win a single song or a song from stage to leave the girls SKE represantan what they are. Not just a girl, as if above the rest. I really like Rena (my ske oshimen is kumi), but I don´t like this set list result.

SKE48 held it's yearly Request Hour Set List Best 50 2011 concert over the weekend, at the Nagoya Congress Center Century Hall. (or as I would like to call it, SenCHURI Hall)

Last year's SKE48 Request Hour Set List ranked the top 30 songs in SKE48, but this year to cope with the new songs brought in by Team KII's [Ramune no Nomikata] and Team E's [Shonichi] stages, as well as all the new singles, the ranking was expanded to 50 songs held over 2 days.

The first thing I notice is that are a lot good songs have already ranked in Day 1. There is a big drop in a number of notable SKE songs, like:
Tsuyoki Monoyo (12→46), Onna no ko no Dairokkan (04→38), Anata to Christmas Eve (03→36), Ame no Pianist (08→35), Te wo Tsunaginagara (09→29).

On the other hand, a lot of new songs ranked too and I'm happy for that. Some of the new songs that I expected to rank high were also ranked on Day 1 strangely. Like Ai no Kazu for example. I thought that would definitely get in the Top 15.

So there you have it! Matsui Rena's Kareha no Station wins for the 2nd time in a row. Congratulations! I couldn't be happier for her. No surprise actually, considering her mixi is so freaking huge. Team KII's Omatase Set List put up quite a huge fight as the song representing the KII's long delayed promise of an original stage. In the end it came down to Team KII wotas versus Matsui Rena wotas.

I am sad that Innocence and Wasshoi E didn't rank though. The lack of Team E songs in the ranking is disappointing, but I guess that can be excused since Team E doesn't have an original stage yet. That by the way was a signal to you Aki-P to give them one.
