Last I heard, J-Rocks is in the process of pitching their new single "Perjalanan" for BSG.. And there are no other contenders so far..

Yeah damn it... I like Gackt and his songs sometimes. So i was realy hoping this would be true... unfortunatly it isnt...

Gackt did sang two themes for Kamen Rider Decade. One was for the opening of the series, the other was the theme for the series movie... and i believe he did a another one...

If you guys read the conversation on twitter between Gackt and Reino,he did gave an unofficial proposal to Reino so that he can appear in BSG (as a cameo maybe)..but for me the closest band to be singing the soundtrack would be J-rock..since they're genre is japanese rock,and it suits the kamen rider theme..

 

I checked this J-rocks thing, they are pretty good... But arent they considered mainstream, would they realy go for this?

I know gackt would because he actualy did.

By the end of this month we wil know more... Cause then the series will start.

They start they carrier in indie scene and came from J-pop culture lovers community and getting popular there with covering Laruku's songs. Considering their background, I think if they are proposed they will gladly go for this.

 

Well actually if you read my previous post in this thread, yes, they are going for it, and they're still in the pitching process. They are proposing their latest single for the theme song, so if they got the deal it will benefit them nicely in the form of exposure and promotions..

I hope there will be a new trailer soon, thats shows actual action in the series...

I just realized that Reino Barrack (one of the producers of BSG) is one of the judges at JKT48 1st Generation audition...no wonder JKT are involved in BSG..

In my eyes, he's one cool guy. He dares to bring the tokusatsu genre to indonesia. He also one of the guy who made JKT48 happen.
