+ It's no secret that thick pocketed fans is brave enough to throw bags of money at JOT. It's their money so we can't really tell them to stop doing so but still, damn. You can pay a lot of things with that amount of money, including a trip to Japan

 

What i learn in mata najwa Detsu is third party management, jkt48 i think not "sister" but something like frenchise, so thats why lot money from wota spend must devide in 3, jot (in terms dentsu), aks management (for royalty and frenchise), and the girls. (and another complex system like idr to yen and etc). Thats why jkt looks use minimum cost for the investment (

 

#IMO i think it is divided between Dentsu as the "local holder" and AKS. I'm pretty sure that the girls signed their contract under AKS, so AKS are the one who's responsible of giving them the salary. Dentsu is probably only work as the one who provide their fund, JKT staff also come from AKS right?

Mata Najwa is one hell of a ride, a reality check, and i sure hope that it could smack some sense to hardcore ota who could spend their money and time for something more useful.

 

Hahaha.. It's actually a little bit hard to answer Haruka's question.. I do want to see though.. but you know.. FPI is out there man..

I believe most part of the profit goes to Japan, that's just how business work. If they think more investment would bring more profit, they will put more money here. I just hope that growing number of sousenkyo votes will change their mind.

So, that man from dentsu told Najwa that in JKT they all learn about discipline and about character building and so on and so on... I just want to laugh about it if they're all know about discipline and punctuality they didn't left us fans to lining up until couple hours without further information for some events or concert!!!!! i believe that they pushed the members so hard for training but does it apply for the management??? does the management also apply that moral value to their working ethics??? i think that moral value should apply not only for the members but they should apply that to their management

 

Errrrr...what he meant by learning discipline and character building is the MEMBERS not management...
