[GENERAL] The Nogizaka46 thread!

That interview with Akimoto-sensei seems so interesting, they're talking about the group and other things, too bad I can't understand that much.

Some info I got:
- Akimoto-sensei's favourite food is curry rice.
- He got surprised too by "I see..."'s popularity
- 5th gen auditions have been interesting
- He says the "Nogi-ness" doesn't exist and every member should express its own personality instead of adapting to a supposed "Nogi image".
- He doesn't have particular hobbies and he dedicates his free-time to its job.
- Some Nogi songs are sad cause every Nogi member and every human don't have just "brightness".

I was wondering if there's another performance of this song from the other concert?

 

Song was a coupling on the 28th, so it is relatively new. It debuted during the 10th Anniversary commemoration concert on last year's national tour in Fukuoka. They perhaps also sang at the finale in Tokyo Dome. I think those have been the only times so far. The rest of the concerts have been graduation concerts for Ikuta, Maichun, and Minami which would means unless these members loved it so, it wouldn't be in the setlist. We'll definitely see it again. Maybe it might replace Nogizaka no Uta as the concert ending song?

Redone member section: Category (Selected Members, Twelve Fukujin, Under and four generations), Sort (Japanese Syllabary or Birthdate) and Past selected members (all singles, graduated members are shown as well) I like that you can now see the senbatsu from all singles. And they finally combined all 4 gens. (Hoshino and Shinuchi are still shown)
I'll surely need some time getting used to the new design, but from my first impression I like it.

 

I see they now have "click protection"
but that isn't a problem with this for example

it hit me when looking at the wiki page the other day. Out of the 50 1-2 gen. members, only 6 are still left.

 

Honestly its truly make me sad, I mean we all know this way will coming since 2 or 3 years ago, when Maimai grads, it feels like the train is starting to depart..
Year by year, a new face show up, the 3rd gen on Nanamin graduation concert.. and now even momoko already grad..
Looking back to the jacket cover of 1st - 5th single really hits me so hard...

I think you guys might feel it too. Some of us also already have family maybe or children (Congrats for you guys out there).
Its a long journey.. I feels like want to re-watch koujichu for the first time.. Looking back how bananaman still young. You can see the difference on himura at the 1st episode of Koujichu compared to today..
And also all the girls,,
I'm not liking ikoma that much but definitely I miss Ikoma, I have to said it..
I think you guys should re-watch Doko too,
Anyway,, I will still be here, at least until the last day of Asuka

 

Honestly how the members grads one by one make me scare and sad about that fact will come to Asuka someday. She is my most favorite member. She is my number one. I thought I wouldn't feel hurt too much if other members grads as long as Asuka still there. But I still crying when Nanamin (she is the 2nd member I like), Ikuta and Momoko grads. So if they can made me cry with their grads, I don't know what will happen if Asuka decide to grads...

There are lots of songs now without any original member anymore and Asuka and Manatsu as the last guardians of a lot more songs from earlier singles.
I made a list of active og members left on every songs, I will post it soon here if I have some time.

 

I know how you feel, but Maimai has been gone for 6 years now! Third Gen has been in Nogizaka longer than she was a member! Doesn't that hit you right in the gut? Time flies.

Cry harder. It's alright. Graduations are sadness. No shame in feeling that, but do like the remaining members do and celebrate the graduates time in Nogizaka.

Even just 10 singles ago, the senbatsu member counts are small. I think it goes to show how hard a nut it is to crack Nogi's senbatsu formations.

Happy 10th anniversary, Nogizaka!

There are so many things that have changed. There are so many members that I love have left. They don't have any cool names like Maiyan, Nanase, and Ikuchan anymore. But they already have some diamonds like Kakki, Mizuki, Yumiki, and Satsuki. So, I'm excited to see what will they bring in the future.
