lol. they didnt want to reveal the truth yet keep investigating. then what is the purpose? the girls are innocent but how bout the girls that are supposed to be in it and the voters who had voted for them? truth should not be hidden. and the entertainment companies that involved in it should be heavily punished.

that's not even Fiesta, the song used is AYAYAYA, one of the unit songs they performed at their tour and which will be included in BLOOM*IZ (or would have been included, who knows anymore)

 

They’re done with investigating. There’s people who have been arrested and are going through a trial because they have committed crimes. As much as some of you want to know who were the real trainees that got voted in, that was never the point of the investigation. The focus was on the crimes themselves, and not what netizens are demanding to know.

 

dont get why someone has rated this as "disagree", this is exactly what the prosecutors have explicitly stated this week, that they were never going to and never will reveal any "true ranking" and that this investigation was purely conducted to judge the adults behind the crimes, not the trainees. So wether you like it or not, the real rankings will not be revealed since that's not what this case was held for, the compensations to the rigged out trainees will most likely be done in private and the public will not find out about it, at least for now

 

Not "demanding" to know the true ranking per se. Just wanted to know if some of the really promising girls that were cheated out of an opportunity actually got more support than was depicted.

That information probably *will* come out, clearly, since the companies bein charged and compensated are all linked to their respective trainees.

 

For me, I don't need to know the actual list of top 12, I just want to know if Gaeun is supposed to debut as Izone. Her participation was exploited as the marketing bait, especially for the first few episodes (and even before the series began!). She was one of the top contender to be in the top 12. She has everything at stakes by joining PD48. What makes me sad for her even further is, she and her company couldn't use the PD48 even to kickstart her career or After School's. Maybe the reason Jurina got sick or for any reason, anyone can theorize she doesn't want to be used the same way as Gaeun. That'd be the downfall and the shame for the whole career Jurina has built since she's very young.

It’s obviously something dark and nasty that happened there.
Agencies PAID for their trainees to make it into the group. Perhaps Pledis got in a fight with Ahn and oh well. we all know what happened after.

I think most of the fans are being too sensitive to the point they believe releasing the ranking will make them to look like criminals. Even the korean media is being supportive with them and with members of the other groups. Everybody knows they're victims, so of anyone dares to hate on them it'll be becuase they only want to hate. So that argument about the "rigged members" and their careers being over if the data released is invalid becuase it's not gonna happen since they're victims too.

And based on what the prosecution mentioned about not releasing the data, it feels like is a way to say "If the people gets to know the ranking, it won't be our fault. So don't hate on us." Becuase in that statement is pretty clear the ranking in the data will be used as evidence. So let's be ready if we get to know something this Friday.

 

If the prosecutors doesn't release the data we already knew who were cheated-in. Those starship and woolim girls name are everywhere.

 

And that's another thing, if the whole truth is not revealed then all the speculation is going to be based on the parts that were already mentioned. All the focus is on the Starship and Woolim girls, and it doesn't matter if we can say that X member could have made it without the rigging. They're now with that label, even Hyewon was tagged like that for some hours. Maybe for that reason the prosecution doesn't want to reveal to the public the data, they don't want to deal the consequences.

 

im not sure what prosecution is for but isnt this whole thing started when people demand to know if the result was rigged or not? this is basically the same as "we want to know the final ranking" that were demanded by "haters".

Gauen, maybe. Jurina, very doubtful.

If anything, she was used as the Yuko to Sakura's Maeda.

Giving her a B rank and being told somewhere in the line of "-not we are looking for" while giving Sakura an A for arguably, more or less, the same levelof performance were very telling she's only there to boost initial interest for the show.

Being pulled out from the show was the silver lining of her having health problems.

That's a good question, I think they could but for that they need to be notified that they were rigged out, and for that the ranking should be released. So I guess after the 1st trial we might be seeing people demanding AJY.

 

So, this mess started with Mingyu and Jinhyuk's fans reported to police and accused the final result of PDX101 was rigged and here we are~

Their agencies take care of any legal issues for the girls so it would be the agencies responsibility to sue and I don't see that happening in case any shady stuff they've done comes out in court.
