/rant [coming here from the hitomi thread and just wanted to say that iz*one was a phenomenal group that created a beautiful space for 2.5 years where disparate fandoms came together to support these members. the end of iz*one left a huge hole for everyone, replaced by an even bigger prejudicial rift between fans. so much so that some can't even feel good about hitomi centering AKB48's new single.

I can't help but notice the conspicuous lack of support from the Korea members for hitomi and Nako activities after iz*one.

^ Regarding the prejudicial rift. It happens to every group whether they've disbanded or not.

Conspicuous is a strong word. We just don't see their private interactions.

Not related with the support you're referring to but a few cues that they're still connected with each other:
• Choi Yena talks about how she prepared for her solo debut, Support from IZ*ONE members
• Nako and Chaeyeon talking about the Gaon chart award
• Yuri and Hitomi
• and a lot more leaked Kakao talks between the members in Twitter

The other members most likely know Hitomi got the center + Nako's recent drama gig. They are mostly active on their private Kakaotalk group chat and they don't always publicize their interactions.
Another thing to consider is that Korean entertainment is strict with SNS so you'll rarely see one group mentioning or promoting another.

Similar to Wonyoung and Yujin, when IZ*ONE disbanded, both went silent for a while until they debuted with IVE.

According to two major Japanese news outlets, Hochi Shimbun and Yomiuri Shimbun, Sakura signed with a Japanese agency, A.M Entertainment, to manage her Japanese solo activities in conjunction with HYBE managing her Korean activities. But after a few hours, both the articles were taken down.

Tbh I'm happy Sakura and Chaewon are closer to being out of the dungeon but... not happy.

Les Serafim has religious importance to some groups, so it seems insensitive to use that as a group name. The random space making it into Le Sserafim doesn't really change the meaning of the group's name. And even if you don't care about that, the logo is plain ugly...

 

Honestly? Seraphim spelled properly should have been the name. Or Fearless. Either way, I agree: the logo is ugly.

Edit: I retract the Fearless name suggestion because that's the name of Brave Girls' fandom name.

 

Agree. "Fearless" is much better. And the Logo is just... They can make it better.
