Don't taiga dramas run for the whole year and get very high ratings? I hope her role isn't TOO big, otherwise she'll be missing from the theatre heaps...Congrats though!

Dont tell me its another of those documentary drama like that matsumoto incident [wonder] . I wish for her in some 11 episode drama, main chac or not. No for those short version [sealed] .

^ NHK Taiga drama runs the entire year, about 50 episodes, OA once a week on Sunday.
2010's drama is [Ryoma-den] (龍馬伝) with storyline focuses on historical figure Sakamoto Ryoma (坂本龍馬).
Major roles of this drama were announced long ago, highly doubt Acchan will spend much time filming.

i want Acchan to get a good role in that dorama coz i love to watch her acting, and she can get more popular too and of course it's good for her career.
but i don't want her to be missing from the theatre, AKB48 tv show, esp. in big concert...
and she will get overworked if she done all of that.. [worried]

maybe a small role is the best...

Putting Acchan in a jidaigeki drama is like combining two of my favourite things, so I'm looking forward to it. I hope she has a prominent part in it this time around.

It has been too long since she last did. I mean, Shiori to Shimiko no Kaiki Jikenbo was funny, her costume was pretty cute, and she has had minor roles in more serious shows, but Acchan is a talented actress and deserves to have important parts in more mature drama series and movies, which is something she hasn't really had a chance to do since Ashita no Watashi no Tsukurikata years ago. I hope she gets a chance to shine this time and make people who aren't AKB48 fans respect her as an actress.

in the NHK Taiga drama

"Ryoma den" *The legend of Ryoma*

starting in January,

I'm going to appear as Ryoma's niece, 坂本春猪!! !! *Sakamoto Harui*


I'm incredibly happy!!


Even though I haven't taken part in the filming yet,

every day

I'm preparing for it!!


I want to bring myself as close as possible to Harui!


And more than anything...

I'm going to work hard to not be a burden upon Fujiyama-san *Ryoma* and the staff!! !1
