I was really happy to be chosen for the dance senbatsu for “Yaban no Kyuuai,” the coupling song for “11-gatsu no Anklet.” Especially because it was a selection of eight people from all of the 48 groups. I’ve been dancing all my life, and I love dancing the most of anything in the world, so being chosen gave me the confidence to accept myself as worthy. But also, dancing alongside Yamamoto Sayaka-san and Matsui Jurina-san was frustrating. The two of them can give such an amazing performance. I wanted to try to absorb anything I could from them to improve my power on stage, but it hasn’t come through yet, I’ve still got a ways to go.

During last year’s sousenkyo, I ranked 85th, and rather than feeling down about it, it felt like I had worked hard together with all of the fans. Rather than a process, it felt like growth, and this year along with the fans I want to do my best and rank in.

Speaking of “process,” “47 no Suteki na Machi e” ranked in at 2nd at Request Hour, and because everyone worked hard to get it that high, there’s nothing I can be frustrated about. If you voted, I am incredibly grateful. For it to be 3rd or above for three years, I’m so happy.

At my seitansai last year, I declared “I want Team 8 to have a solo concert at Tokyo Dome.” It might just be a hope, but I hope it may become reality.

That last one tho someone need to top Nagi's gut in Niigata's SSK.

Well ... despite the expanded spots, it is more hardto enter the SSK ranking year after years. Still unranked.
It looks like nothing wants to work in her direction, despite the sacrifices, despite the risks.
Nothing can changes her fate.
Only left now is produce but I don't think she will reach the final. Too many popularity monsters ahead of her, no fanbase in Korea.

i fear now her spot in the Team 8 senbatsu can be at stake.

Poor girl. I feel so sorry for her.

Yurina and Miu fans competing in magazine for 1st and pouring in quite some money Ikumin announces she wants to win it gets the biggest number of votes (and most of them come from the more expensive way, the magazine) out of everyone doesn't even compete in the finals doesn't even rank in SSK

Anyway, she posted an Insta story that while she was disappointed she had some "good news" to announce some time later. PD48 related?

 

I suppose she had a good re eval, her spot was close to the K-center in the Nekkoya performance.
And in the Team battle missions, her group is said to have done well.

Must be something else. I'm not sure she (and the others) are allowed to talk about the show while still contestants.

 

oh sorry, I didn't describe the wording properly, it doesn't say like "I'm gonna announce it next week" but rather "I have good news but it's still in the future so wait for it". But I'm not disregarding the possibility of it being something else, just that right now nothing else comes to my mind (surely it's not Majimuri, hardly the Team K stage).

I think she’s the best dancer among the Japanese trainees for Produce. I’ll be following her closely from now on.
