I quite like the A-side track...it reminds me a little bit of Hoshizora no Caravan, especially the way the guitars are used in the arrangement. I wouldn't put it among NMB's strongest A-sides, but it's really different than the usual AKB-family summer song and I think that's a big part of what makes it interesting and good. It actually makes me really happy when NMB releases a song that's less "idol-pop" than AKB/SKE/HKT. :)

As for the PV, well, that ending scene had me sort of freaking out due to sheer awesomeness. I love twist-reveals like that :D

I'm in love with Yabanna Softcream already. Really digging the Lemon Milk cocktail in the PV. [hehe]

I might buy this single just to support Miorin so hopefully in the meantime the A-side grows on me cause I'm finding it a bit bland atm.

I think this is the first time I love both Shirogumi and Akagumi at first listen !
The A-side is also really good, this single sounds awesome so far !

I quite like Okuba, it's relaxing but I think Hoshizora still takes number one on my list.

    watched the dance video...

i dunno if it was the lighting but it seemed that everyone was really pale. like it was their first time putting on swimsuits and going outside, lol

so far i don't really like the song though
and it does feel like that they're capable of so much more in terms of dancing. man. if only we had original team N/team M stages...

I am almost positive I saw Kushiro Rina in the Namba Teppoutai Sono-san song. She has a distinctive mole on her chin. She's not listed in the lineup on the OP though.

    She's at 1:44, in pigtails.

i love the 2 aka and shiro song, this is the 1st time i like Aka song more than shiro, Softcream is so awesome, okuba is nice too, the 3rd one is a little generic, but we have keira center :inlove:

Agree totally ... The PV was really good all the way through but the ending was awesome ... Hopefully the story will continue ...

I can't comment on the dance version PV as I haven't seen it but I do like the song and am looking forward to the release (my pre-order's in)

I like Okuba for its calm and sort of touching mood, but I can't say I like Softcream, the arrangement's rather odd. Namba Whatsit's song is such a...throwback? It sounds kind of '60s-esque, which is cool, but even the PV's so very idoly in comparison to the previous ones.

So far I regretfully don't think this single will become my favorite one from NMB :^^;:

In relation to Namba Teppoutai (or whatever it's called)...

Ginshari-yan!!! Man, the people who make these PVs are some hardcore owarai fans or something.

I'm finding the whole single a bit bland at the moment. Not quite what I think when I think NMB. I'm hoping it will grow on me.. still like the formation for namba teppoutai sono-san. It is a good lineup :D

Yabanna Softcream is catchy!! :music: It's stuck in my head! Milky and Lemon looks kawaii in the PV!
In Okuba the chair between Sayanee and Maachun, I think that's where Yuihan is supposed to be. I can tell the PV is going to be kinda sad.

After my AKB spending spree this month I was only planning to get one version of NMB's new single, tacking it onto a waiting order at CDJ. And since I'm very Nana-centric, I went with Type A. But after seeing that teaser video for Yabanna, I just had to splurge and add that one to my order as well.
    Lemon Softcream......sigh.....

i smell another Sakura no Ki ni Narou, Yuihan is dead and the chair (Same with Jurina and the chair in SakuKini), her ghost consoled Maachun, and notice how while singing Sayanee peeked beside her, maybe remembering Yuihan, [think]

Shirogumi - I love the soft old school melody and the farewell theme for Yui.
Akagumi - Refreshing and cute <3 Loving Lemon here~

Both still very far off from Bokura no Eureka though, which I love. :inlove:
