Rather than a movie, I'd say it's a "drama special". It was those kind of dramas that only have one episode but are pretty long, just like Yuiyui's "AD Oguri no Jikenbo" drama. So I'm guessing this 2nd season will be a drama special too.

AS I remember, in the beginning she has promoted it without contract. Maybe ZEST asked too much money for Yuiyui's image and now she can't promote what does she like?
Nagi's contract with Bell Shokuhin ended a long time ago and she was still using them as her header on Twitter. Recently she talked about one of their products and they were like "thank you so much for still caring about us, do you want us to send you our new products"? Therefore, I really doubt Yuiyui was promoting Country Ma'am without knowing she would "work for them".
