Visually, definitely.
I didn't listen to Yuiri's singing, because of atc's technical difficulties. now I have, to compare them. I can't really decide which of the 3 sang better.

 

I am indifferent to her, but her randomly joining the competition for its 4th edition just to end up blocking a new gen from progressing to finals is peak AKB stuff

 

but then Naachan, Odaeri, Oonishi etc. shouldn't participate either (randomly or not).

 

I don't know if they should or should not participate, it's up to them, but in the end it's the 4th time we see the same format with the same people (there are like 2-3 new girls in the top 15? Would have been even fewer without all the sudden resignations!) singing the same songs. If they all feel like it's worth it then have fun I guess. Then make a show about AKB losing to Nogizaka.

 

I wouldn't be the least bit sad if they changed the way they do "stuff". but it is what it is.

 

I remember when nvmea said the same thing when Okada and Yuiri entered the TGC event.
