So far my copy is being shipped. Some articles about the event: http://www.oricon.co.jp/news/entertainm ... ?cat_id=tw http://mantan-web.jp/2012/09/04/2012090 ... 6000c.html
Maeda Atsuko "Memorial" PB memorial word kinda over written in my opinion, i hope it wont jinx back to acchan.
To the Japanese, I think it's their word for "commemorative" or "keepsake" or "memorabilia"; when I first saw the way that word was used, I thought it was something... solemn.
Bringing over from the Acchan thread, thank you KL. Article from Tokyohive. Find out about Acchan's "ideal" man *Dun-Dun DUUUUN* http://www.tokyohive.com/2012/09/maeda- ... or-acchan/
Anyone else get the book? I highly recommend it, its a great book, even if aren't an Acchan oshi, but like her. There is loads of writing however, but luckily, the good folks over at Acchan48.net have started translating it to English, kudos to them [clap] http://acchan48.net/viewtopic.php?f=4&t=573
Haha, of course. Bought it right outside Tokyo Dome and tried starting to read it right then and there. I failed, but at least the pictures were nice, lol. Now that I know someone's translating it, I think I'll just read off there because the Japanese was still too complicated for my level. I'm kind of shocked that there's not more interest in this photobook, but at the same time, it's sort of understandable since this book in particular is a lot more text heavy than most so most stage48 members can't fully enjoy this. It's more like a memorial book, with pictures, instead of a photobook, which is nice since it's different from the 5 other photobooks she's released.
Once translated, however, she and everyone else reveal a few more things about themselves, which makes me think about the effort it took going from start to end, but not without dealing with all sorts of hardships unimaginable a decade or two ago.
It's as if she's dead or something! R.I.P Acchan! But in all seriousness, I do love Acchan's photobooks.
