[PB] - Minami Minegishi's 1st Photobook [SOUTH]

I don't think it's a team thing, those who have photobooks release belong to more powerful agencies, they get more work outside of AKB theater.
Erena is issuing a calendar in September. I do expect those in the same agencies (Ogi Pro, HoriPro, Ohta Pro) to release solo photobooks soon

Goddamn the weather is hot as hell. Even at 11am when I went there today, it sucked.

Correct. The handshaking is inside, but a month from tomorrow. But just lining up in the heat like that. It's a thing I don't miss from the summer months of AKB48

same day as Hibiya concert -- which Miichan made a very strong point of telling everybody that there won't be any schedule conflict, and that you'll have plenty of time between each one

 

At 8pm tonight (14 hours away from the tickets being handed out at 10am tomorrow morning), there are people lined up.

 

So when will you go?

 

Ginza is exactly 30 minutes from where I live, so.....5am train = 5:30am arrival.

That should give me enough room to loop the line and buy a second book for a second handshaking

500 tickets. I don't expect there to be more than 20-30 people when i get there in the morning. 50 would be VERY surprising.

I think some other members deserve it better IMO, but good luck to you Mii.

 

"Deserving" a photobook or not, it's the member's Talent Agency that makes the decision to release one with the member's approval, not the other way around. If the talent agency thinks its the best way to promote her, that's what they'll do.

So....got there at 5:30am.

Person number 1 arrived around 10pm and slept in his car. Number 2 arrived around 2am I ended up with number 3.

And then number 262.
And then number 395.




So...I ended up with 3 of them. I have this way of ending up with a lot of tickets for things Miichan participates in

I'll tell you one thing......anybody who has been to Ginza knows how nice it is, and it felt great laying on the sidewalk, taking off your shoes, and sleeping like a homeless person for about 2 hours

This is what I awoke to: people in line behind me and some cars on the street

 

Quite the wait for tickets. I guess Americans here do the same thing for things like video games, but still, You're crazy, Tatami!

I've never waited that much for anything, but seeing as what the result of all that waiting was, I'd say it must be totally worth it
