    ..Over sleeping is bad.. for your info xD Max should be at least 10. Oversleeping leaves you tired for the rest of the day :O

    oversleeping, i think i am too anxious to get anything over 10hrs.

    everytime i go back overseas to Asia, i pull an allnighter going and coming back, which is about staying up about close to 30hrs each way, it makes for an easy adjustment, but i have jet-lag that last for 3 days or so coming back. :p

    What's QFT? o_o;;

    Maybe 10 is too much for you already XD

    Have you tried 8?

    waking up at 1hr30min intervals is best.. right when your done with REM sleep nyahahaha.

    In order words.. do you just wake up automatically or do you have alarm clock and such o_o;;

    QFT = "quoted for truth"

    You'd use it when you...er, agree with the statement. Kinda like "werd" or "Amen!" or w/e. :p

    From personal experience, sleeping for multiples of 1.5 hours works best. I usually ride on 6 hours on evenings when I have work the next day. Any more or less and my body feels like crap.

    B-)

    ^ oh. weirdly worded xD

    see, exactly! 1.5hr intervals.. or that's what I meant. That's why when I time myself before I sleep... you need at least 30 minutes to be actually sleeping... and then you start the 1.5hr interval count from there... 6, 7.5, 9... so on and so forth.. 6 seems to work the best for me too... I think it depends on age... in some sense.

    You'll probably have to start sleeping more soon. Puberty makes the teenage body need more sleep due to growth.

    ^ and less sleep = Looking at yourself and wondering why you haven't grown that much :[ Sleeping is beneficial when your young.. sometimes you may even grow half an inch - inch overnight!

    I think what Kaito-san means is that during the course of the day while your body is upright, it compresses onto itself due to gravity and such, so you sort of shrink. When you sleep you, you actually expand because your body is laid out so you sort of grow. The change in height is really minute (maybe a quarter of an inch at most).

    I think what you and Rocket mean is that sleep is essential for overall body development during the course of a human's first 25 years.

    In the end, both points are valid, though referring two different aspects of human height. B-)
