The full title of the show is 0時のつぶやき（2部）～古川愛李の水曜はアイリの晩. Basically, Airin's show is part of a bigger radio program that is based in Aichi, which has different radio personalities host shows on different days of the week. But you don't really need to know any of that, because Airin's show is completely her own and she basically just talks about whatever she wants. There's plenty of Gundam, Attack on Titan, Zombies, SKE48, Moe Moe, fan service, Video Games, etc etc. Listeners send in letters to talk about such topics and she responds to them on the show.
