Wasamin is really working hard to sell the CD and herself as a new enka singer. And lots of new experiences...especially love the bit about little old Wasamin being on the huge stage as herself and not as a representative of AKB. She begins to realise things.

Wonder what other AKB48 songs would be attractive in enka as Heavy Rotation unexpectedly turned out to be. Wonder if that is how they intend to progress, with an early AKB song as a B-side enka.

There are lots of favourites that could be recycled.

Wasamin getting more experience....looking quite beautiful.

Wasamin out there alone as Iwasa Misaki, enka singer, she must have been really nervous, but as always never a wrong note out of Wasamin. Seemingly never has to worry about singing out of tune. Like the way near the end of the tune she feels comfortable enough to attack the the low notes more strongly.

When she gets a lot more experience she will have more confidence to finesse the notes a bit more, and 'open' her tone more. At the moment of course she is concentrating on singing the song properly without mistake.....and she does it beautifully.

That Music Japan performance was LIVE .. was it?

With Wasami .. it's difficult for me to tell sometimes .. sounds too much like the CD .. -_- ..

Yes it was live, which does no mean it was raw (they can still use a few filters).
She has already nice control on her voice.

excuse me to say this, but ... how can somebody say this is not a live performance ?
there is no doubt, you can clearly hear the breath and the lips matching perfectly to the song.

by the way, my copy arrived 3 days ago and watched the video, wasamin is too cute when she falls and I also love her humbleness when she serves the crew first and at last herself. [clap]
I did get quite of her documentary, she was so cute auditioning.
I hope this is not her only single written by akimoto sensei

Quite different from the recorded version. She starts soft on the low notes, and at the end you can hear she really tries to put some power into them. Which means she was sort of feeling quite comfortable up there at the end.

Love it when she sings live as you can hear how she is developing in voice and ability. Also nice to know that with Wasamin you never have to worry about her singing live.

Nah, you can't mistake it, definitely live and a good one at that. Seriously a great start to her solo career and one that may last a long time

I really love Mujin-eki. Played it to some of my colleagues who don't follow japanese culture at all and they liked it and said it was nice and relaxing

I personally can't get the Heavy Rotation Enka Version out of my head... Glad wasamin is doing well, wish her all the best from now on too

Even though she's wearing the same nice red kimono she's been using to promote this single - she somehow looked different.

I'm still waiting on my Ltd CD/DVD as I bundled it in the same order as Give Me Five. But almost ordered the Regular edition as well the other day because the cover is much better.

Oh, and I made the wiki page for her single the other day, but am a bit unsure of the Oricon numbers if anyone can help me out. Cheers
