Really digging the song since they performed it on HEY!x3... just another thing to add to the purchase list.

I hummed Manatsu's melodies over this song and it worked the whole time

 

If the wota don't like the startlingly different approach that UZA has taken in deviation from the idol pop-music norm, then Kitagawa Kenji should be sufficient for their traditionalist needs. It has all the standard features of one: brightly coloured and toned PV, a fun atmosphere/vibe and a fairly recognisable (and, most essentially, a MIX-friendly) music structure.

Expect this to feature quite prominently in concerts, Request Hours and so forth, with a sea of wota chanting and sweating feverishly.

 

^ lol, I can imagine your description pretty well. Thankfully, though, I think it's still a pretty decent song, if not too far from the norm. Although I do prefer UZA over it currently.

To expound on my thoughts of the other song (Fuyushougen no Regret, I think?), it's way too similar to Manatsu for my taste. Seems odd how this subunit is getting pretty decent PVs but very light and "ordinary" songs, whereas I'd expect them to get darker or "cooler" ones. And while I didn't dislike Sunahama de Pistol (and I technically don't dislike this song), they give me no real desire to listen more than once or twice. Eh, I hope the other B-sides are better...

 

Covers are out. We'll have to do with small ones for the time being.

I like these covers, they are kinda messy but you know what, here it really works!

 

I am definitely not digging those covers. But none of the covers from the other groups are looking very good lately anyways.

And Kitagawa is on type C lol.

Akari is so pretty on type C. So good cover, simple and still full of eyecandy.

I don't really like the A and B covers, but the theatre edition and C look nice. I think I'll buy Type C.

Interesting how it works out, I guess.
You'd think they get some more pushed members on the teams, like Shu. Or how Fuuchan has akagumi, the single, AND the namba teppou tai song. What happened to Ripopo? And sucks for Kanchiru being the only Team N member not in any song.
