Single [SINGLE] Watarirouka - [Kanpeki Guu no ne] 2009/11/11

Ah, it's ok. I only ever buy one version of it even though all of them have Mayuyu goodness because I can't ever justify buying the same single multiple times just only because have a different CD jacket and different video on them. I look around for summaries and then pick which one Mayuyu's the most cute in (which is a very hard job, she's always cute). That one single and the DVD that eventually comes out keeps my wallet busy enough. If only I had a job...*sigh* poor college kids.

It most likely will, since the other 2 were hit by copyright claims too. It's understandable that companies would protect their interests.

Fun fact for the day: on the Oricon blogs, no3b and Watarirouka Hashiritai had taken the top 2 positions quite easily after their releases, with no3b in 1st place and Watarirouka Hashiritai in the 2nd place. However, Watarirouka Hashiritai seems to have overtaken no3b recently with the announcement of this single.

 

Huh. I look at that rankings thing as I scroll through Watarirouka blog entries every day, but it somehow didn't register that they'd switched rankings.

 

I think this is our first preview of the B-side? I'll need more of it before I can form a complete judgment, but it's sounding pretty good. Not as good as Kanpeki Guu no ne, but a good pop song on its own.

 

^ Really, that's what it is? I can't get what's on that page to work because it says I need a plugin and it won't download it. I'd love to hear it, though. D: I'll just have to be patient.

 

I'm not 100% sure that it's the B-side, but it should be it. It's a song I've never heard, and the kanji on top of the player is 冒険エトセトラ, which matches with the title of the B-side.

I'd rip it for you if you want, just someone needs to tell me how to rip this from the website.

I wasn't that grabbed by it until it got into the verse. Whoa! Different all of a sudden, and I approve. I'll save an opinion for the full song, but it sounds promising! =)

 

Not enough for a concert though....not sure if they're popular enough for a concert any way. A mini live maybe, not a concert. I would so go if they did.

No, it's the other song included in the single. As posted above, 冒険エトセトラ is the B-side....unless this is a double A side single or something like Hatsukoi Dash, in which case then yes, it would be the B-side and 冒険エトセトラ would be the other A. I'm not sure if the set list has been posted yet, so I guess I might as well post it again.

Well, here's the Mayuyu solo single I've been waiting for, a lot sooner than I expected I was expecting it to be a group song like all the others. Unfortunately, I'm forced to agree with you that it doesn't sound too good [doh] It's nothing wrong with her voice, but the song just doesn't sound good. [worried] I'm more amused that someone is saying "Mayuyu" throughout the song. So in this case I blame AkiP.

Ah well, this is still the best Watarirouka Hashiritai single by far thanks to Kanpeki Guu no ne, the B-side, and the costumes, I'm glad the group didn't die off after Yaruki Hanabi and continued. I'll definitely be purchasing one of the limited edition ones as soon as I figure out the differences between the Limited Edition A, Limited Edition B and Limited Edition C DVDs. [rock]

I've actually never contributed to Watarirouka Hashiritai's Oricon placing before, because I always bought all their stuff weeks after it released. I'll feel better with this one.

If you guys didn't live so far from me, we could all get together and do it [doh] I'd call Mayuyu's position and I'd look the stupidest ever since the dance isn't really meant for guys, but whatever!

isn't it basically the same as for the other singles? the differences are stupid enough that only the wota will buy all the editions (again). CD Only is a good deal though, getting 6 tracks + bonuses for 1200 is worth the money.
