Well that's one reason the other reason is actually her body.

Well...somebody could post pictures of all the girls of AKB with the heads blacked out...and people vote on that.....then it would be a genuine vote on sexiest body with age unknown.....the revelation of names afterwards would be a blast. The problem now days is that today minors can look more mature than my mother did when she got married. (my grandmother married at 14 and had 11 children). Drivers/ID license checks essential now days. Then again when my wife has her hair cut short she looks 15.... though she is quite a bit older.
