nice one.. have a question : guys, have you ever use FedEx before and is FedEx cost you more with "tax fee"? This is my first time used FedEx to bought Acchan single. I use FedEx cause when I'm check the shipment cost at CDJ, I found that use FedEx is cheaper and faster than EMS. So, I decided to chose FedEx. But, I'm regret now cause I just know that if use FedEx we must pay more for Tax Fee and for me it's expensive, the tax fee is Rp. 249.000,- (I know the shipment cost is killing my wallet but with this Tax fee make me grrrr... :angry: ) Usually I use EMS and they never cost me with tax fee so I decide to call FedEx and ask about this and from what FedEx operator said that "yes, it's true that FedEx is charge you with this tax fee". Already explain to them that EMS never cost me with this "tax fee" but they can't answer my question. I'm not sure if this tax fee is really exist or not but now I should pay more for Acchan single. I'm not regret bought Acchan single but I'm regret using FedEx. this is my first time and my last time use FedEx.
I don't understand about this, but I know that using FedEx is more expensive ( I forgot who told me this) aaa... they take some profits from you maybe.. [think] lol hope they will give you the answer immediately, coz make customers feel satisfied is one of sales and marketing's purposes. experience is the best teacher
