About the K-pop. I'm getting really frustrated .. They are getting more and more fans in Japan and they are releasing more japanese song. I have to admit they are good, but damn it korean music should stay out of japanese music. And I love AKB48 that's why I'm here, but guys we have to admit that maybe japanese music is like this because most of the people who can sing are in AKB48, SKE48, NM48, SDN48 and now a new group will be formed and some of the members will get transfered. But if Takamina graduates it will be a great hit for AKB48. When she is on stages every one are shouting "Minami". She brings everything in AKB48. She is not just cute...

I think I'm like the only AKB48 fan in my school LOL...or at least amongst my friends/people I know anyways. ;_; Everyone seems to be more into K-pop/Korean drama and when I talk about AKB48 in front of the friends who have at least heard of AKB48 before, one of them laughed at me when I told them that Takamina is one of my favorites. She laughed because she think that Takamina is "too short" to be a good singer/idol ;__;

Tell your friend that she/he has missed out a lot. Most Japanese idols aren't that tall anyway and Takamina just happens to be shortest in the group (i.e. shorter than average shortness). Nothing wrong with that. And since when that a good singer must be tall [wonder] ? If he/she thinks so then he/she has really missed out an astounding voice.

K-pop doesn't have earn enough in korea thats why they have to come to japan and start debuting there

Tell her/him don't judge a book by it's cover. With a small body, she is still able to carry the whole of AKB.

the only person i could see replacing takahashi minami is yamamoto sayaka. they seem to have that same level of maturity.

(maybe i'm just saying that 'cause i just finished watching the mujack / nmb48 special )

not that i'd like to see her leave... i still feel like she needs some more improvement before she can go solo.

OT but i think kpop spreading to japan is great, considering the two countries' history, it's great how the youth can put it all behind them because of pop culture.

besides, without them, we wouldn't have takahashi minami trying to mimic KARA's butt dance =)

Maybe. I don't know much about yamamoto sayaka.
But she is still too inexperince and she is from nmb48 I don't think she can handle two group together.
I still think only Sayaka+Sae can take over Takamina. [sealed]

@ryder blade ouh.. that hurted me. If those were my friends, really I would get mad at the same time [flip] .. They just saw it from the appearance, and still know nothing about Takamina herself..
They should know what she means to AKB48 and other members. She is awesome..
compared to other famous japanese female singers, Takamina doesn't lack of anything what actually a singer needs...
