Personally I agree with Takamina's words. Not because she is my oshi because I believe that without effort, nothing will start. I also believe that hard work will pay off!

Thank you for the picture. Did anybody else notice a little, but to me, relevant situation?
In the "Kin Sma Special", Aki-P said something like "maybe now they can see that dreams do came true". What I found interesting is how that was exactly the same thing Takamina said after the show ended. I think that their vision of AKB might be very similar, and that's why he said what he said in the past. I do believe he cares alot about the girls... The thing is, I don't know how much power he actually has anymore to decide the girls future or even, AKB's future. [think]

I'm very happy for her. Notice that her votes aren't very far from Shinoda and Sashihara.
However, there is a big gap between her and Kojima.

Sure Kashiwagi and Shinoda fans might be upset, but tell that to the Takajo fans... [speechless]

its good to know that at the end of the day akip still really cares about the girls and is proud of what they've accomplished.

i agree with takamina that hard work will always pay off not cause shes my oshi, but because ive lived it(not in the same level that takamina has of course). it could take a while before you see it pay off, but if you dont quit and keep working hard you will eventually reap the rewards.

It's false to believe that hard work "always" pays off. It doesn't in the business world when the executives don't care about me and I'm living that. In fact, I had to leave my job for a better one and it had nothing to do with my previous job lol so Minami is right to correct her statement last year and add, " She may be right. Maybe not all of our efforts will be rewarded. We may need a good luck" because Hara Mizuki made a good point too.

Minami's new point and revision is, "Hard work pays off and you sometimes need good luck too, but don't forget that you have to make the effort." I absolutely love that

It's true that hard work sometimes doesn't pay off, at least in the idol world ( I actually think school is the only place where if you work hard, you'll definitely be rewarded), luck also plays a part in it. However no one will get anything presented to them if they do nothing. Working hard, you would still have a chance. Not working, 0 chance for you. If Takamina believes in that, then I believe and put my faith in her.

I really liked takamina's speech. If you don't try, you will never know if you are going to succed. There is a popular saying (at least here...) "The one who wants makes more than the one who can", so I believe if you really aim for something and work hard, you will most likely accomplish it. I can totally relate this to takamina's speech and hope she can be successful this year with more accomplishments.
