Okay, so I'm a little weirded out. I was looking at my bank account, and I have a 40.85 charge from Neo Wing(which is CD Japan), but my order won't ship until September, when the last item is released. ALSO, nothing in my preorder is out yet. The earliest thing is boku no taiyo. I think I will email them if I don't get some kind of email from them today, but has anyone else who's used them had this issue?

 

You're expected to pay when you place your order, so I'm not sure what exactly is weirding you out. If you don't pay beforehand, they simply won't process your order.

Well, first off, 40 bucks isn't all of it... it should be around 75. Second, I placed the order two weeks ago. Third, I've never been on a site that makes me pay for a preorder. Every place I've ordered from charges me when my stuff ships.
