I don't think those pictures were photoshopped. Well, you might argue moles/spots can made by using Photoshop, but why would they put much effort to do that? I mean if they really want to ruin someone's career, why they didn't choose a member which is more popular, except they held a grudge against her,
but then again, she doesn't seem like the type of person who has many enemies or makes people dislike her. Also, there's a pic which she wears the same shirt as the leaked pic's. That's why I think those pic were likely real and this might be a revenge from her ex.

Now I wonder how will this end? What she gonna do?
Be honest with her fans and accept her past mistake, remain silent and let time take its course or the worst case...graduation announcement.
But I guess her decision might depend on her fans' reaction of this incident.

OK, finally I've time to write my opinion.

I'm sorry to her fans but it's definitely her end as pure idol in AKB48 Groups. Many people told here that it's quite clear scandal in comparision to old ones, which were solved just by one day. Toyota rules are clear and this scandal is messing up pure image of Eito, so Toyota probably already has decided to push her removal. Just waiting for stage/performance proper to announce her graduation.

 

She was so young back then, I don’t blame her. I blame the person who leaked the private photos. What person are you if you do something like that to her?
