- Appeared on KBS Korea Children’s Song Contest.
2017
- Started training for Woollim Entertainment (was a trainee for 11 months before joining Produce 48).
2018
- In June, made her first appearance as a candidate on the Korean idol survival show Produce 48.
- On August 31st, came in tenth place on the final episode of Produce 48 with a total of 238,192 votes. This meant she would debut with IZONE.
- Her official color is mint.
- On October 29th, had her official debut with IZONE's first mini-album COLOR*IZ.
- At the MAMA Awards 2018 in Japan, performed "Selfish", a solo song by Mamamoo member Moonbyul.
2019
- On February 6th, had her Japan debut with Suki to Iwasetai.
- Released on June 26th, had her first center position for Toshishita Boyfriend on the Buenos Aires single.
2020
- Released on December 7th, co-composed the music and co-wrote the lyrics for Slow Journey on IZONE's fourth mini-album One-Reeler.
2021
- On March 7th, appeared on King of Masked Singer as Flower Deer. This made her the third member of IZONE to appear on the show, after Jo Yuri and Ahn Yujin.
- On April 29th, IZONE officially disbanded.
- On June 21st, released a cover of IU's "Hold My Hand" on Woollim's official YouTube.
2022
- On March 15th, it was confirmed that Chaewon and Miyawaki Sakura had signed an exclusive contract with HYBE and Source Music to become members of a new girl group.
