2011
- On October 1st, it was announced that a Taiwanese sister group project would be launched.
2014
- On December 7th, the AKB48 Taiwan Audition was announced.
2015
- On April 17th, the AKB48 Taiwan Audition started.
- On December 16th, the winner, Ma Chia-Ling was announced and would be moving to Tokyo to join AKB48.
2017
- On July 11th, the 6 remaining finalists of the AKB48 Taiwan Audition (Chang Yu-lin, Kuo Shin-yu, Lin Chieh, Chiu Pin-han, Chen Shih-yuan, Chen Shih-ya) were announced and would be transferred to TPE48.
2018
- On February 4th, TPE48 was formed and the members of its first generation were announced.
- On July 30th, it was announced that TPE48 would be cancelled, but Team TP would be created instead.
- On August 25th, started their activities as a group.
- On August 26th, AKB48 member Abe Maria was transferred to Team TP.
- On December 9th, Honda Yuzuka went on a temporary hiatus due to health complications.
- On December 25th, released their first single, Mae Shika Mukanee with 12 members and Liu Yu-ching as the center (1st center position).
2019
- On January 17th, participated in the AKB48 Group Asia Festival.
- On July 26th, released their second single TTP Festival with 12 members and Lin Yu-hsin as the center (1st center position).

- From September 14th to 22nd, held their first anniversary concert (first concert overall), AKB48 Team TP 1st Anniversary Mini Concert.

2022
- On January 22nd and 23rd, held their third anniversary concert (ninth concert overall), AKB48 Team TP 3rd Anniversary Concert.
- On January 22nd, Wang Yi-chia got promoted as a full member of Bellflower.
- On January 22nd, Lin Yi-yun got promoted as a full member of Sakura.
- On April 2nd, released the studio recording of their first stage, RESET.
- On June 30th, held the final performance of their first stage, RESET.
- On July 1st, the units Daisy, Bellflower and Sakura got disbanded and instead the units Unit T, Unit P and Trainee were created. Unit T and Unit P would consist of promoted members as well as trainees, and there would also be the additional group of trainees not yet assigned to a unit.
