I only skimmed a bit of YT comments, really hard to find any comments about her.. Nothing bad, but nothing supportive either. She hasn't shown her charm and personality yet even though she got the longest time for introduction. Such a shame
I think the most concrete answer to this is that, during her introduction at the recent omitatekai (April) she herself said she was supposed to join the Russia ballet thing last March, but decided to become an idol. Around the 12:56 mark in her docu she just says 'I found this' これを見つけてしまって. That's why I used slashes; I wanted to generalize since what 'kore' was referring to wasn't specified. But it's most certainly referring to the Nogi side of things because after that she weighs it against ballet. At 13:31 she says started watching movies and videos of senpais during the audition. This may add to the context (or not).
Center to be? JK, I read some sengoku manga that some girl or princess cut their long hair as an offering to Kamisama or as an proof of apology
Yesterday I finally watched her documentary and thought ,,She's really pretty. Her long, black hair are beautiful, and it's cute how her ears stick through them." And today this... To the higher entity who's fault this is.. F U ! for always doing this...
Not so much an apology anymore but image change. Even though I like girl with long hair, but I gotta say this hair works for her.
English translation of Okamoto's interview in N46mode. https://twitter.com/nogichanzu/status/1526441715103834117 Can anyone confirm the accuracy of this translation? I don't have the original Japanese text/source so I can't confirm it. I'm kind of confused if she really went to Russia or not. Based on what I understood in her introduction in Nogichuu, she went there for a year. It could also be that I misunderstood what she said in Nogichuu.
In Nogichuu, She said she obtained the opportunity to join the Russian ballet troupe for a year period. She didn't necessarily mention she "had went" already. Prolly will need to rewatch her documentary to confirm this, but if I recall correctly she said she is taking the off time prior to her departure to Russia to attempt idol audition (which align to the twitter sub you mentioned above). Which means the time for her to go to Russia might yet to come or the issue among Russia-Ukraine might be the reason her plan being halted.
I don't have the original text either but in Nogichuu she basically said she has the right, in other words 'entitled to', a one-year course. I'm imagining she got an email saying 'you've passed! click on the link below to enroll' or something but eventually passed it up. XD
Just watch nogichuu last week episode, The ballet routine with the tambourine is quite refreshing to see for someone who barely watch any ballet.
