Re: The Everyday48 Thread Went to Aijisun Ramen for lunch, and in the restaurant they were playing Bingo, and on my way home, i stopped by to buy boba, and after paying they gave me 48 cents as change then saw a store named "Love Letter" and reminded me of Yuki, made my day :]
Re: The Everyday48 Thread From my Last.fm page: I've been trying to do that for a while, and my total play count and my AKB play count were close, so I listed to AKB about 100 times (not at once since I get impatient easily. ). I think I've had enough of AKB for a while. xD
Re: The Everyday48 Thread My Calculus teacher passed back our tests today, and the class average was a 48. 8) (Out of, like, 80-something. :X We suck.)
Re: The Everyday48 Thread I was watching 'Inspector Rex' on TV and two policemen were talking about a suspect. One of them said something about the female friends he had and the other said 'Yes, I knew he had many friends, but I didn't know he had 48!' Of course, my first thought was 'lucky bastard, he befriended all the members!'
Re: The Everyday48 Thread Today's date, 20/03/2011, is divisible by 48! 20110320/48 = 418965 And also by the number of teams, 3! 418965/3 = 139655 Yea, random, I know. =/
Re: The Everyday48 Thread Stage48's new blog translations...blog has 48 members and watchers right now~ Tell your friends 8DDD http://community.livejournal.com/blog48/
Re: The Everyday48 Thread My dad showed me this in the newspaper today (because I yammer on and on about Yuko all the time so he notices her now too ) It's an article about Japanese artists efforts after the earthquake. Nothing new about the content though~
Re: The Everyday48 Thread I just had my 480th post. But it's in the Mafia threads so I can't edit it.
Re: The Everyday48 Thread I was in art class today, and so my art teacher was talking about an artist named Andy Warhol. She was telling the story about him, and all that stuff, so we had to write a story/paragraph about him. While I was writing it, I pointed out that he made these boring movies that were long, and there were 3 of them. The 1st one was just one of the Empire State Building, the 2nd one was one of a man eating a mushroom for 45 min., and the last one was a man sleeping for 6 hr. When I said the last one, she was like, "He did sleep for 48 hours." I was confused for a second cause before she said it was 6 hr. Weird.
Re: The Everyday48 Thread When I have to do homework for my math courses, I try to set my constants and unknowns to a, k and b (which is actually pretty hard, because there's a lot of preset constants for them >_>). So far, I think I've managed to get them to multiply together twice! And for my computer science assignments, I blatantly refer to AKB48 and member names in my tests and constants, like so: Spoiler Python marks2 = ["AFM 95.8 214513459 Kojima, Haruna", "math DNW 064660277 Oshima, Mai"] I think the TAs that mark my assignments must be either weirded out or confused. But it makes it a lot more fun for me, and I giggle to myself. BTW, the constant up there was for a program that records marks for students. Kojiharu gets a 95.8 for an accounting course [party] . (The "DNW" stands for "did not write".)
