Yokoyama Yui (Yuihan) / 9th Generation

How come?

 

Ameblo was part of a strategic partnership a few years ago when they were still looking for that break. They then moves on to Google + if anything it was the main reason why most senbatsu level members aren't using G+ as often because they used to Ameblo. Personally I love G+ a lot more. Despite having 500 comment limit it is not filtered as much and there are MUCH more member interactions and picture/photo then Ameblo did.

So simply put, it was before 9th gen's time.

I don't think there's any official reply/response for your question.

What I can give you is just my speculation/guess on my side:
My guess is that I think the moment the management try to gives them a blog account overlap with the announcement of collaboration of AKB48 with Google+ (Correct me if I'm wrong on the timing)
As a result, the management probably want them focus their online presence into one place a.k.a. Google+.

There's a few advantages by doing this:
1. A united place to follow all 48 groups members. Lesser clutter and easier for fans to follow.
2. The format of Google+ allows for more exposure of various members. Consider this if you open up Google+ various member's post pop up into your eye, while if it's ameblo then all you're gonna read is your oshimen's post only.

It's hard to follow a member if she have social network account all over the place. For instances, Rena from SKE48 has a twitter, Google+ and ameblo. She updates all of them frequently and honestly it's rather redundant to do that when you can just update one of them. It make's following her much more easier.

Also, I think most members receive a smartphone upon receiving their new Google+ account if they didn't own one before (again correct me if I'm wrong, not sure on this one.) As far as I know, Natsumikan from HKT48 receive a smartphone as a courtesy of Google at her 13th birthday and a Google+ account.

Furthermore, nowadays no one really write blogs anyway unless you're professional blogger.
Most of us just default to Facebook, Twitter and Tumblr.

 

I think this talk about G+ and Ameblo is getting a bit of topic since this thread is for Yui.


Meanwhile, I listened to Kawaei's first time doing the radio show Listen and she mentioned Yui loads of times.

Yeah, I read somewhere that she's been featured in a certain MV.
I forgot which time frame is it, but judging from her hairstyle, it's most likely around Not Yet Debut?

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I think it's already out (or at least, Amazon says it's "in stock"). Their shipping isn't cheap, but probably everywhere's shipping will be expensive if you're ordering outside Japan.

The Kyoto show captured her character really good
She love to eat and they made her eat every episode.Her drawing is funny and in this season 2,they gave her a diary to draw at.Being told her fashion sense is kinda lame, yet her collection of clothes is so good in the show.And I've fallen in love with the background music they're using.I LOVE this show

Well, she's featured in this song.The male group named Sata Andagi and the PV was released on Feb 23rd.This was 2 years ago.
The PV is kinda weird to me but every time I watch it again, It made me remember those day Yui had her short hair and was so shy.Now she's a captain and has a harem lot of friends

^ Yeah, I remember back then in general election some Chinese fan made a promotion video for her and most of the shots were taken from this show. The choice of clothes really is superb.

Nothing serious.
It's just that this funny little old man used a lot of weird anology that Yui don't understand.
For instances, he brings up a folk tales and then suddenly refer his workers as ants.
Asking Yui to help him saying that it's a requirement of marrying into his house.
Or mistaken AKB48 for having 48 members....

As for the new stage, I'm pretty sure she'll get one of the best spots, probably second after the center position. She's both captain and senbatsu member.

9th-gen finally got their original stage after 5 years in AKB48 consider their stages starts next year.
However I won't complain about the date if that means quality songs and well thought out set list.

I'm really happy since the probability that Yui got an original unit dedicated to her is very high.
After all, the competition for a unit in Team A is really high.
Annin, Ricchan, Ryouka, Karen, Juri, Tano, Mayuyu, Takamina are all possible member to get one.
I'm placing my bet on a KSGK unit.

Personally I want to see a two member unit with Yui x Yukarun/Juri.
They're like a pair of sisters.

I've seen her slipped some times.When she performed EinPure at the Mechaike SP ep about Paruru,I think.
And when she was Mariko's under,when team A performed Pioneer, she dance way too fast and the mic being thrown away with the flow She had to pick it up
