Over on the Order/Arrivals thread they were talking about the Kino in NYC having them and picking them up there. So I would assume you'd be safe?
Wish we had one down here.. Actually.. maybe not. My wallet needs a rest.

Just to let you know
if they sell more than 30k tomorrow...
...which I'm 100% sure they will....
They make the record of highest first week sales from Female Idol group.
Right now....SPEED has the record of selling 600,880 copies from the single
"ALL MY TRUE LOVE" in 1998.....


If they sell more than 100k tomorrow.....
PLENTY OF CHANCE for them to sell 750k in first week

I was just at the Kinokuniya in Portland, OR last weekend and I saw the Heavy Rotation single there.
I would go back to get "Beginner" if I didn't live 200 miles away.

Tomochin got shafted in her dance version of Beginner? After watching all of the dance version videos (to notice the differences between versions) I noticed that Tomochin's video is the strangest of them all.

My favorite part of the song is when they all gather behind one person (usually the center) and do those quick hand gestures. All the other versions had the center being the one who everyone gets behind.

Tomochin's version has Acchan being the one that everyone gathers behind......

Maybe I'm looking too much into this, but it's really bothering me.

Any ideas? Theories?

^ I wanna know that too.. ever since that perf from AKBINGO.. plus she doesn't have a death and was rarely seen as an in-game character in the PV.. kinda odd that's all..

You mean they actually had AKB singles in for once? Every time I go in there's nothing, but always a slew of H!P CDs. I haven't really been able to figure it out. Maybe my timing's just bad.

I really can't wait to get my hands on this one. Maybe if they actually have it when I go back home I'll pick it up. XD

I would think it is more accurate to check historic data, where the last three singles had second days between 1/5 and 1/7 of the first day sales. So, expecting between 78k and 115k is better. If it goes higher, I would be really surprised.

I was just rewatching all the versions a while ago and everyone else had their center position during that part. And I made sure to watch Tomochin's just in case it was different from AKBINGO's perf. - Heck, even the Jurina/Mayu one had a unique shared center for that choreography. So it's odd seeing Tomo off to the side at that time interval. I mean, if I want to see Acchan be in the middle during that part, I can just watch Acchan's version, ya'know? It sort of defeated the center purpose for Tomo for a couple seconds. lol.

I still enjoy all the versions though. Can't stop watching Takamina's...>XD

The sales of heavy rotation didn't show anything that prove what some people was swearing in the days AROUND the results of the elections, as the "If Acchan graduates it''s Yuko's fault" thing.
People were talking about that single would be a terrible thing, people doubting about if Yuko had the "leadership" needed to carry on akb48....

You don't believe me?, take a look at the "Senbatsu Elections" thread here in this forum and have a look at what was the mood around these days. Both, right before the results when people were saying "What if Yuko wins", right in the election and a couple of day after between all the fight about Mayuyu's statement... there was... the "great work, acchan haters, you got what you wanted"... so... I'm not lying when I say that's what the mood THEN.

Even, the "what if Acchan fans boycott both singles" (17th and 19th) was a topic...

One person said:
"Not even Acchan fans would be THAT stupid".

I said (joking)

That person didn't catch the joke... but hey... it was a topic (that particulary in the 19th one /Janken tournament thread, If I'm not mistaken...

If you say:

Hi! I have a question about the handshake event: I'm in Japan right now, and I bought the Limited Edtion of the Type A of Beginner. It's writting 1 on the right corner. Should I do something else to go to the event? Can I go there just with my ticket? I don't need any inscription? Thanks for for answer!
