With the ongoing state of emergency in Tokyo and a record number of new Corona infections there just announced I'd guess that everything's on hold with handshakes until further notice.

 

I was actually expecting handshake to be continued online?

 

They haven't announced anything yet, but it will most likely be online talks rather than handshakes yes.
