I don't know if I'd call it bad, but I have a weird habit of mimicking myself when I make typos. Like if I accidentally mistype "crane" as "carne," I'll snort and go "haha, carne. >__>" and then backspace and type it correctly. Well I guess you could call it a bad habit of talking to myself, but anyway. XD
i think my bad habit is LAZY, hmm, is it a habit or attitude? [wonder] i'm spent most of my time with sleep, and now i have a problem to finish my thesis, due date is just around the corner, screw me for not doing it early
I talk to myself >_____>; Like, not conversations with myself or anything. But I think out loud. Apparently it's a family thing from my dad's side, my aunts do it too It's really really awkward when people overhear though. I get really self-conscious about everything XD;
Bad habits... - Perfectionist to the point of delaying, simply because it's not good enough. - Pouting when in thought. - Playing with the ends of hair when in thought. - Singing, humming and drumming fingers when in public. - Indecisive when choosing among things I enjoy. - Not maintaining eye contact with people I don't know. That's all that comes to mind for now~
bad habits huh? lets see: - master procrastinator -doing home works just before its about to be checked(like the period before or before the teacher reaches me) -not studying for tests(dont get me wrong though this dont mean i fail my tests) -my friends say i come off as a bit stand off-ish(?) to people i just met -and i dont know why, but sometimes i tend to explain things to myself i dunno if that last one counts, but ill put it there anyways. theres a bit more but thats all i can think of right off the bat.
1. Pro-procrastinator: I have uni final exams tomorrow and day after, with another one next week. Yet I'm still replying to this thread 2. Matching people's behaviour: If I'm hanging out with friends that swear a lot, I'll be doing the same as well. If I'm with nerdy mates, I'll be acting all nerdy and talk about maths too. If I'm with otakus...well, you get the idea. too bad don't got AKB-friends...damn it. I really hate myself when I walk with my chinese friends, I lapse into a Chinese-accent (like those really horrible ones) when both speaking in Eng and Chinese. And instantly switch back to normal unconsciously if I turn around to speak to my Aust friends. 3. Facial expression: I put on a pissed off face without thinking about it when I'm alone in public. I was surrendering my seat to the elderly once, he looked really anxious sitting on it and kept asking "do u want the seat back?" 4. Interest: I LOVE the metro-sexual look!! Like if I see this I'll go crazy and people will just be like "wtf, that's a fuking guy, are u GAY?" Spoiler No I'm not, but I just love it wen boys crossdress into a girl and look pretty [rock]
-I bite my nails when I get nervous or feel uneasy. Or if I'm bored, really. I've cut it down recently because I discovered how much I love the sound of my nails hitting piano keys when I'm playing [blush]. -When I shop, I tend to wander from item to item in a very random fashion. I have a very short attention span so when someone shops with me they hear a lot of "oooh look at this! AHHH look at THIS!" -I leave homework till the last day possible. It makes college hell sometimes.
- I bite my nails when I'm hungry. Once in school I was biting them and the teacher said "Are you alright, you seem depressed?" XD - I twist pens/pencils in my hair when I'm bored (I have curly hair) - I hum really loud when I'm out in public - I talk to my computer when there's no one to talk to (I'm very lonely XD)
- Laughing when I'm having fun or happy. (many people misconstrue this as me laughing at them ) - I'm often too indirect when speaking, I like subtleties and multiple meanings. I like to imply instead of stating. A lot of people don't seem to, and find it frustrating to communicate with me or misunderstand me completely. - I do things in my own time. - I can't seem to quit smoking for good. (i always come back) - I "fly off into space" waay too much, and often out of my control.
^ Tempted to buy AKB goods! ------ I don't know if I have any particular, strange bad habits. The only one I can really think of is procrastination! If I was to be graded in that area, I'd get an A+! Oh! And an A+ in laziness too. ...yeah, shouldn't be proud...
I used to bite my nails of, but now I only chew them and pick at my teeth I have curly hair, so I usually twirl my curls round my finger when bored, my mom can't stand it. Another one is being lazy,I get A's in every subject (except for math), but I'm too lazy to do my homework properly (I have a very good memory, so I'll just memorize everything before a test) I have to scribble\draw in class to follow, if I don't I'll get bored and start drifting away
Biting my nails too. For ages, I can't remember when I started, probably when I was in early elementary school, and I simply can't stop despite trying hundreds of times (then procrastinating ofc and I'm awfully messy ;___; last time I tidied my apartment was two weeks ago, it was really clean and tidy, but it lasted like, a week and a half and now it's back to the huge mess >__<)
