She must feel very shocked and saddened by the shuffle to say the least so words of encouragements would mean a lot for her right now.
You should tweet your supports to her anyway, even if there's a chance that she won't read them, but then again there's a chance that she does read them.

unfortunately my friend, none of those letters will reach her (lots of people already complain about this, one even already register a lawsuit). the best chances is; you contact one of her fanbase in Indonesia. deliver the message to them

About the official address for fan letters and gifts, according to my personal experience, well I've sent fan letter and gift to my oshi via official address and it actually reached her, I know because she posted it on her twitter so I don't need to personally ask her about it. So don't worry about it, just send your fan letter to Naomi

 

From what I'm reading, it varies from case to case.

Now I am in doubt ...

 

Actually both stories are true,except for the lawsuit of undelivered gifts...
