This will be the last concert of the nine graduating members (Kuwabara, Takada, Hiramatsu, Yagami, Akaeda, Ogiso, Ueno, Hara, Kobayashi).

 

Interesting timing since they will be doing the AKB Fair just a week and a half later. I assume the members that announced their graduations will be graduating at the concert or a theater performance soon after if this will be their last concert appearance.

 

I was hoping for Nagoya dome though. Maybe next time.

This hall capacity is 10k right?

And does this mean Kuumin&co won't be in AKB fair as they stated that this is their last stage?
If that's the case then it'd be tough for SKE on their day in the fair. Those member are an important force.

 

^It is the same place they held their two day spring concert last year. Basically the same date too. I really like how they set up the stage last year with the fans behind them and in the middle.

They could do Nagoya Dome this summer. I wouldn't rule it out since AKB will hold their big concert in June.


On another note hopefully Jurina will not have any health related set backs.

So jealous of anyone who gets to go to this, but I'm excited for the inevitable DVD release. Last year's spring concert was fantastic, although naturally I was sad Jurina could only make a few appearances (and one of them wasted on my least favorite SKE song ). Hopefully she's not wearing herself down with all the theater shows she's been appearing in lately and will be able to give her all to this concert (and the Budokan one)!

 

It's almost here! I hope they let the graduates perform a song of their choice

Management really think she will appreciate that?

If she can't promote after 9 graduation, when will she? What's the matter?
It's the most unfair treatment i have ever seen in AKB since Sato Amina

 

But i heard Matsumura asked management for her always be a kks.
here's what she said from what i saw at twitter:

Kaotan : " being promoted is not the only way to show my gratitude. I will build a story only I can.”

 

Can't see any mistreatment about it.

She asked for that. Morever, if she can't stand being a kks forever, she can quit since long ago.

Instead of being promoted to be a normal team member , now she's has a official unique tittle and become a hot topic. Isn't is better?

 

Oh my, so this is the most balanced team for SKE i think since rena moved and lead team E where the young gens are.

yeah i didn't know she asked for this.

But being noticeable because you are the underdog don't last forever. I take the example of young prodigy of piano, then they fall into unknown when they get older.

I still think being promoted is the achievement of a KKS.

I was expecting the shuffle, but NOT to see Rena or Yukko in Team E.

curious now on how things will go on from now

 

My take on the new teams:

Team S: Pretty much either the generation aces, specialists and super kenkyuuseis of their generations reside in this team. On paper this team looks solid and I personally want to see this team perform. I think they would perform just fine but would struggle establishing what the team's identity is. There's very little common ground among the members here so the first few MCs are going to be interesting.

Team KII: An interesting team. All the recipe for perfect MCs with all the colorful characters in this team. This team lacks a legit young girl around Yuna/Jurina/Kanon age. This probably hints to that SKE wont be doing any waiting stages as I can imagine this team filling in the holes for KII3 as if the management decided to fill in holes for KII3.

Team E: Hello hello new elite team. Rena's presence is huge here but then again so was Yukirin for B. There's a lot of potential here. 2 tandems are in here with NanNao and MeiNon as well as imho the core of old teamE. I can imagine the K5 units already.

All in all, an interesting shuffle. I was always with TeamS and even post-shuffles I still lean towards teamS as my fave. I dunno.. there's something really amazing with how front-heavy they are and would absolutely do amazing things performance-wise and if any, their weakness is just their identity, i can live with that.

 

i think that kaotan is in denial as she wanted to get promoted and she has some heat with the ske management,the honorary kks title is nothing but and excuse not to promote her and force her to graduate..
