It's a No Sleeves (NO3b)drama
The story revolves around three ordinary girls named Asahi(Kojima Haruna), Nami(Takahashi Minami), and Hinata(Minegishi Minami) who are aiming to become idols, but they repeatedly fail in their auditions. One day, they witness a serious crime, and they are forced to flee from the culprits. Fortunately, they are saved by a producer who is willing to let them debut, but they have to hide their true identities and dress up as boys instead. (BTW there are scenes where Takamina has her hair fully down)

That's it. How about we predict next episode plot based on every trailer we had watched earlier? Seems interesting to you, guys?

 

Is this drama getting shown on American or international Hulu as well? I don't use the service myself but I'm curious if a production like this was also advertised and shown in the US. There's also the "Let the infection begin" slogan in proper English that I'm not sure is meant to appeal to a Japanese-only audience.

 

I couldn't watch the eng sub yet but I've watch the not subbed video xD I never was or I still am a fan of horror but this is seriously one of the beat dramas Aki-P has written. After MG4/5 was really bad I thought he was running out of ideas. Even if the idea is still the same. Weird transfer student xD
The drama has a darker note and is quite different than all other dramas and I'm sure english director is one of the reasons.
Sakuras role is amazing. I really love her look and make-up. I'm really happy that the transfer student actually can talk in this drama. Not the Maeda number always... In the beginning I thought Mayuyu role was a bit plain but I'm starting to like it after the first episode. I really like Yurias acting
Yuis and Jurinas scene was funny xD Jurinas screaming looks like she was lauging.

Really the bird scene and her weird mother was the scariest parts of this episode xD

Sad that the drama has only 6 episodes :/

Re above: yea i wonder if they would do an official eng sub. to release it to international audiences.

Mayu's acting is a little bit stiff at some point but i guess the character's timid personality is a good excuse Sakura is just creepy (kudo to her and the staffs) not sure if i can look at her the same way anymore lol

And what's AkiP's deal with running lately? hahaha and the irony, the fattest runners in the drama are Sakura and Yukirin who suck at sports.

 

Yeah and maybe we can make a guessing game based on the trailer!

My first random thought after watching the drama was

"Seriously Maki, if you looked on both sides of the road before you crossed it, then you wouldn't have died in the first place!"

Also, Mayu's mother is seriously creepy for some reason.

Besides that, I actually liked everyone's acting, and the plot was really good. And rather than being downright scary, I would say that the drama has a more disturbing overtone.

 

Maybe it's because I'm desensitized or something... but I actually thought the gore scenes were funny...
Jurina and Yuihan didn't look scared or horrified or anything, it actually looked like they were laughing so maybe that added to it.

But really I never find horror scary anyway...

Aside from that, for 48g standards the acting is really good. It also has a fairly interesting plot so I'll continue to watch it.

For someone like me who doesn't usually watch this type of drama .....

I must say it somehow appeal to me ....

Hmm perhaps its becoz of Dark Sakura .... or maybe the settings is gloomy & filled with suspense ..... somehow .... I feel the urge to watch the next episode.

Looks like I have another show to watch

Hope the momentum will not evaporate. Looking fwd to the next eps.
