Ishimori Nijika (Nijipon) / 1st Generation

This girl needs more love from Stage48

 

....Just like many other girls thread on this forum as well.

I still saw a lot of Nijicutter followers out there, so yeah....

 

from the Getsuyoubi mv, I like Nijika dance scene in the subway station

 

I'm so happy she got descent screen time in Getsuyobi MV

 

Her good screen time showed off how her personality comes through in her dancing. It's just as precise and on time as Suzumoto or Fuuchan, but it feels gentler. I want to say softer but that has a negative connotation with this type of thing. I've noticed it before but haven't had a really good look at it before which made me think her movements were slower and less skilled than the others because theirs are so sharp and sudden in comparison. But that's really not the case.

There was also a nice moment in the One Man Live documentary where she fell down back stage and had to have her leg iced up for a while, but then she came back out limping a little later to perform like a pro.

 

An absolutely wonderful sequence. She was tremendous. Expressive. Dark. Strong. The jittery way she began it was...wow!

Nobody equals Mon's sharpness, but that was art.

Me too! I wish she gets to be next to the center.

 

I really hope she's up front this time. She would do really well in the #3 or #5 spot, I agree. She's been pretty quiet on both her blog and mobame the past week or so. Wonder if the senbatsu selection has anything to do with it.
