    Thank you! That's so cool for Wasamin, looks like her agency move pays off after all. Really looking forward to this. Is there more information about this? Release date? title?

    I'm SO happy/proud/all the emotions right now.

    I LOVE Wasamin and I'm so so SO happy that she gets to go further in achieving her dreams! Can't wait to get my hands on this single! (Have to support her~)

    proud of her ...enka idol finally get a solo debut after jounouchi sanae but will it be a full enka single or a enka-pop hybrid just like shimatanii hitomi ??

    Good move to change from Ogi to this new agency. Hopefully, they will promote her even further and will realize her dream.

    Wasamin! Yes!!

    Been waiting every since I saw her in NYC to get her chance. Her and Reiyan.

    And Enka, that is just perfect for her.

    I guess you can only ignore that sort of talent for so long. She has the raw goods, hope they make the very best of them. One of the few voices in AKB that has the potential of real stand alone solo quality.

    Though I am often stuck with my husband in outback Australia most of the time for the next 6 months, will definitely support her by buying.

    It’s been announced that AKB48 member Iwasa Misaki (16) will be making her solo debut as an Enka singer under Tokuma Japan Communications! Though Iwasa is the third member in the group to make a solo debut after Maeda Atsuko and Itano Tomomi, she will be the first to step out as an Enka singer.

    Iwasa commented, “I was surprised but very happy, as it’s been my dream to make a solo debut as a singer since I was little. It’s all thanks to the people who are always supporting me. I will continue trying my best as Iwasa Misaki with the mindset of standing on a new start line.”

    Iwasa belongs to ‘Team A’ of AKB48, and is also active as part of subunit Watarirouka Hashiritai 7 as well. She’s always intended to become an Enka singer from the beginning, and has often performed Enka songs at AKB48’s events. Iwasa has transferred her label to Nagara Productions back in April, which houses many veteran Enka singers.

    At this time, the idol is diligently honing her skills, and is scheduled to make her debut on February 1st, 2012.

    In related news, she will attend the production event for “Shinshun Enka Matsuri“, which will be held at Nippon Gaishi Hall (Nagoya) on February 9th, Osaka-jo Hall (Osaka) on February 11th, and Yokohama Arena (Yokohama) on February 25th.

    Well I suppose we will have to see what happens as far as Wasamin and Warota are involved now I suppose. As she's now getting her Enka career up and running I wonder if she may now leave Warota......

    Still Enka is what she wants to do so I cannot blame her if she sacrifices Warota for it (this is based more on schedule conflicts etc rather than wanting to leave)
