My copies have just arrived, one each of the Deluxe Edition and the individual one for Sakura (I'll post a picture of her edition in her thread). I've taken some photos, I thought it best to put them (imgur thumbnails) in the spoiler below just in case anyone who has ordered it is waiting to see for themselves what they receive.

The Deluxe edition comes in a large box:



The book itself is hardcover and comes with a sticker set and a photocard set (12 individual and one group picture):



It also comes with a desk mat for keyboard and mouse (which was folded up in the box so it needs flattening):



Finally, I've added a photo of the group cover on Sakura's edition (which is a softcover book and I assume the cover is the same on all indivdual ones):
